Gosman is a beautiful gym. The facilities are clean and well kept, and the equipment works well enough.
The reason I’m only giving it two stars is because, as a student, the hours are A HUGE PROBLEM. It’s annoying that they close at 8 on Fridays — I’m busy and can’t ways get there early in the afternoon. But worse is that they’re only open from 10 am to 6 pm on Saturday, when students are most likely to have time to work out. This is absurd.
We’re one of the only universities in the area without a 24 hour gym (and no, the treadmills in the village don’t count). Until Brandeis gets their act together, Gosman gets two stars.

The gym is built really well. They’ve got great equipment here for working out. There’s tennis courts, squash courts, basketball, and a brand new swimming pool and lots more that’s available. There’s lockers as well for keeping your things here. I really enjoy coming here a couple of times during the week.

Brandeis’ Athletic and Fitness center is fairly well kept and has a wide range of equipment. With the addition of the Lindsey Swimming Pool, this gym is better than ever! And although this center isn’t available for use by the public, it’s a great place for students, faculty, staff, Alumni and family to have a great work out, catch a match, take a class, and get in shape.
