I give a one star simply because it needed something, and I promised the manage this evening I would be reviewing the experience.
The food, well it was food. I ordered breakfast items at night so maybe that was where I went wrong. I ordered fried over medium eggs (2) which were cooked perfectly. I also had grits which appeared to be instant, but were really this mornings grits reheated in the microwave according to the waitress when I asked. Meal included a meat so I asked for sausage patties, which was an option, the waitress said she could do patties or smoked so I chose smoked. Turned out to be the type you buy at walmart in the oval vacuum sealed package. Was very tough to chew or cut. Finally the meal had a biscuit which I was promised was pretty fresh. Now I am no bakery boss but I can tell a pretty fresh biscuit from an old biscuit that was reheated, and that was reheated. Overall the meal was not satisfactory at all.
The staff, during my entire meal, the only waitress constantly, loudly, whined about her significant other. How bad he is and how he treats her along with other complaints about men in her life. This to the customers as well as a person sitting in the small dining room who I learned to be the manager.
After finishing my meal, I went to pay and the waitress attempted to charge extra for smoked sausage as it wasn’t part of my meal. She said I never indicated to her which meal I wanted and that she had no idea which one had what. This after me reading off to her during ordering exactly which meal I wanted as well as it’s price. After a brief heated discussion I demanded the manager. She refused at first to summon her until I refused to pay. I paid for what I ordered after examining how their discussions where unprofessional and uncomfortable as well as how the mistake and being told I was at fault for it were unappreciated and earned the visit a Unilocal review as well as no tip. I will NEVER return to this place and honestly after considering all aspects of the visit, wish I could give negative stars.

Necee who told you that you can cook? Well… they lied they did not want to hurt your feelings or maybe they needed a loan? From the money that you borrowed to open that place. You wasted it… The food and service is nasty. 50 trucks in the back and no one at your place does that tell you something?
