I am a HUGE fan of Watson’s.
The biggest perks of this place are the ice cream on the side of the building (that is somewhat expensive, yet delectable and made by Watson’s), and the homemade chocolate (so great! Who doesn’t like chocolate! And this chocolate is homemade and gourmet!)
The staff are friendly, and always around if you would ever need help.
Plus, location is great (Right on 1A!)
Overall, amazing candy store, tied with Furlongs on Rt. 1

I really wanted to love this place because it is the nearest chocolate shop to my new house-​but I can’t give it an extraordinary rating. It’s good but not fantastic. Definitely better than mass produced boxed chocolates but in my opinion a little too sugary tasting. Haven’t tried the ice cream yet but will update when I do…

I am a big fan of Scoops at Watson’s Candies in Walpole. They have a huge selection of soft serve and hard serve ice cream flavors. You can get mix-​ins like chocolate jimmies, rainbow sprinkles, oreo cookie crumbs, etc. You don’t have to get in separate lines for soft serve/​hard serve (like another ice cream place not too far from Scoops!) The kids that work there are really friendly. I’m sure you will become a fan too if you give them a try.
