The woman taking my order in the drive through was not helpful at all. I asked for a grande iced Americano in a venti cup with cream. She didn’t repeat back the order and brought it out completely wrong with sugar in it(I didn’t mention sugar once) and forgot the cream. When we asked for it she gave us cream in a separate cup it was such a mess in the car. How do I order this all the time from Medway, Medfield and Westwood and it’s never wrong? What a waste

This is the slowest Starbucks I’ve ever been to!!! I’ve been there when there are literally 2 cars in front of me and still waited forever! Do not count on passing by here when you’re in a hurry… you will regret it. I used to study/read inside but the music was a bit overwhelming and often competed with the music I was trying to blast on my headphones.

Decent quality product, as in all Starbucks, but they haven’t figured out their service model. Drive through takes precedent over walkins, and they’re chronically backlogged. Shouldn’t take me 30 minutes to get an iced coffee.

This Walpole Starbucks is my go-to everytime I head to work at the Gillette Stadium. It is situated in the Big Y plaza off of Route 1 with a convenient drive-thru. Sometimes it is a challenge to get around this location if there are a lot of cars, but with a little patience and driving skill it is not difficult to get in and out of this parking lot. 90% of the time I use their drive-thru window, and they have a 95% accuracy. The staff is very friendly and get your orders correct most of the time. The few times they got my orders wrong was when they gave me a hot coffee instead of an iced one, and I am in too much of a hurry to get it re-made.
