If you want a manicure with an untrained manicurist then this is your place. The worse service ever… in fact if you are requiring a service that is less in cost than someone else they will take the other person first. Appointments mean absolutely nothing. Milan Nail and Spa have ruined the industry when it comes to being pampered. It is a drive thru nail salon that provides the worst service ever! STAY AWAY.

Go here! I’ve been coming to this salon for about a year now, I love the work they do! Always nice and does exactly what I want, their equipment is very clean, and each nail tech is a perfectionist. The prices are great, and they offer so much! If your looking for a nail salon I suggest Milan

I have visited numerous nails salons over the years and I have never been charged extra for a non-​square nail shape. An extra $ 5 for round acrylics is absurd. If the extra charge was mentioned before the work was done I would have reconsidered the shape I wanted my nails. Left the salon feeling very taken advantage of. Would not recommend.

I love this place. They don’t have amazing customer service but it is a very clean, new, large salon. I’ve made appointments and they generally keep to the times but will take walkins ahead of you. The prices are great and the cleaniness is more important to me than having a huge discussion with the nail person. They have a huge space and I’ve come here with 4+ people and love that you can all sit together and talk. They have a great selection of gel too.

I have to say, I’m VERY surprised by the negative reviews. I have been to countless nails salons over the years and Milan is by far one of my favorites. It’s extremely clean, organized and comfortable. Every time I’ve had my nails done here, the girls ask if I like the shape, color, etc. before they finish and have no problem changing something you don’t like. I’ve never left unhappy. I have also never had an issue with them keeping an appt. I’ve done walk-​in on occasion and once, Pro Nails had less of a wait so they did suggest me going there, which was then up to me… (The salons have the same owner and Pro Nails is less than two minutes away on the same side of Rt. 1). I have other friends and family members who go to Milan as well and have all had positive experiences.

Great service! I love this place. All the staff are very friendly and polite. They greeted me right away and made me feel welcome. I got a gel manicure and French pedicure. My gel manicure still looked like new after 2 weeks. Overall I’m very happy with the service and the quality of the manicure and pedicure. I will be coming back again. Definitely this place is a keeper!!!

I love it here. It’s relatively new, so pretty clean and spacious. I’ve been getting gel manicures and regular pedicures here for the past few months. The women that work here are moderately friendly, but otherwise they’re pretty quiet and just get their job done. I have noticed that they treat walk ins and people who have made appointments the same, but they definitely do their best to get everyone settled in a chair and prepped even if they can’t start for 5 to 10 minutes.
Every time I’ve been here for a gel manicure, it’s lasted 2 – 3 weeks absolutely no chips. I made the mistake of going somewhere else last week (Pro Nails) and the gel manicure chipped and started peeling within 3 days.

Pretty much the worst pedicure I’ve ever received. I sat in the chair with my feet in the water for 20 minutes before anyone came over. Then had the quickest scrub down. She didn’t bother to remove all my old polish and didn’t file any nails except my two big toes. When she put the new polish on she missed sections of random nails. Needless to say I won’t be going back!

They have terrible customer service. No warmth or smiles here.
I’ve called to make appointments and they will not honor them. They will take a walk in first.
The women are not friendly.
The main person who answers the phone has no manners at all.
She acts like she is doing you a favor.
They will tell you to pick a color than you may wait 30 minutes with out any further communication.

Worst customer service ever! Have been here a couple of times and each time the people that work here have been rude! They talk in Vietnamese to each other the whole time they don’t even make an effort to be friendly. I also made an appointment for 6:30 and when I got there the girl kept telling me that my appointment was for 6 o clock and made me wait another half an hour to get service not to mention she screamed it out in front of everybody that my appointment was for 6 and that I had missed my appointment when I specifically said 6:30 over the phone. Maybe they need to clean their ears! Bad service and rude service!!!
