I put in a request for a quote on their wedding service. After waiting around for a week I got no response so I submitted another one. The company responded this time, with one line that simply read, «We can’t accommodate you.» Not only did I get a rude unhelpful response, but I lost a week of valuable time that could have been used finding another service.
A member of this company responds to every bad review in Unilocal.If she spent more time listening to customers who want to work with her instead of trying to change the narrative of customers’ experiences I bet her company would have received a better review from me.

We used Christopher limo to get a hybrid strech limo for my friend’s bachelorette. The limo driver (Darryl) was GREAT — professional, friendly, punctual, and had no issues with our MANY destinations of the day. The limo was clean and comfortable, and the free champagne was a definite plus.

Awesome! We used Chris Limo for my bachelorette and for our wedding and our driver, Gino was incredible. He was super friendly and very accommodating. He had a great personality and made the events both go so smoothly! Eleanor was easy to work with and we even paid using paypal. The limo for our wedding was a hybrid Tahoe that seated 14… it was soooo coool. I know it might sound cheesy, but I loved it.
All in all, a great experience for our wedding and party.

We reserved our limo for our wedding almost two y ears in advance. We had the time all set. Eleanor called our house the night before to confirm the times and pick up locations. She then followed up by sending an email 10 minutes later to change the drop off time (I didnt get the email until after the honeymoon, and she had to have received my out of office email back)… She was just on the phone and should have called back but chose to email me instead?
We were then caught off guard during the receiving line by the driver saying he was either leaving or we had to dish out another $ 150 right then and there to drive us the 10 minutes from the church to the reception.
First off, the driver showed up 30 minutes late than our agreed upon time, he took the long route to/​from the reception venue (we did pictures before), and we were all delayed 15 minutes because he couldnt pull in to the parking lot since the car was so low to the ground.
RIP OFF … STAY AWAY
I would not recommend them to anyone! They should go out of business. They are really nice in person to start off, then they get your money and could care less. I have since followed up with them with THREE separate emails asking them what happened and for an explanation, and I have yet to hear back from them. Not a single response.
******* I had to file a complaint against them with the better business bureau. Finally I got a response back to the complaint.
******* WE WENT OVER TIME BECAUSE THE DRIVER WAS LATE AND DIDNT STICK TO THE AGREED UPON TIMELINE !!!
