This is my first time picking up from Will Call and I had to wait over twenty minutes for my items and I was told it would only be five minutes. They need a better system for will call customers so that they can get their items quickly. Suggestion: Put the will call orders in a separate pile instead of pulling items as the customers come. The facility is big enough to do so.

I do sales for a restaurant in San Diego & I was not familiar with checking in the food delivery. Ismael Landeros(Delivery driver) walked me through item by item to assure me everything was there. I was so appreciative! He is always so nice. GREATSERVICE!!!

Awesome facility! I went on a tour of the facility to learn how they operate. I was amazed with their warehouse because it is HUGE. IMO, the best part of the tour was the warehouse freezer. I tried to take advantage of the freezer since it was hot all week long. All staffs were friendly and welcomed us for the tour. OMG their breakfast chorizo burrito was the best chorizo burrito I ever tried. The only problem I had with the cafeteria was that they only accepted cash. Why would they not accept cards? I was a bit frustrated because I couldn’t enjoy my breakfast chorizo burrito with something to drink with. But it is all good though. Well, in the end of our tour, we had the opportunity to try burger slider made by one of Sysco’s chef. It was AWESOME! Inside the mini burger was angus beef patty topped with super greens, homemade special ketchup, and another homemade special spread sauce. The sliders were topped with jalapeño poppers. One of the best sliders I’ve tried so far. Not usually a big fan of burger sliders but this one was DANK! Thank you Sysco for the awesome tour. Looking forward to doing business with you guys in the future.
