Normal run-of-the-mill Subway sandwich shop. There were a lot of people there when I got in line but the service was nice and fast and the workers were also very friendly and help me get on my way real quick… probably going to stop by here in the future for my next sandwich needs. Parking is pretty open, not a terribly busy plaza

I LOVE subway. Let’s just get that out of the way. One, this location is in a business center. I stroll in there around 12:40. The employees do not greet the usual«welcome to subway». I ordered my usual, tuna with everything minus jalapeños and olives. She forgets the spinach, does not properly put enough condiments and veggies. 4 tomatoes on a footlong is a bit short. Whatever I don’t make a big stink about it. I ask her for spinach as well and that was that. Then what appears to be the owner rings me up. Not the best service I’ve had at a subway but definitely not the best. Plus when did a sandwich meal become $ 10.25 I would have made one myself for the whole week for that price. Price to pay when you don’t want to wake up early and make lunch. Anyway, I get back to work since I work in the same business center and I’m eating my sandwich and there’s a bug which is still alive, stuck in between the spinach. I’m so disgusted and do not want to ever eat there again. Maybe it was a sign that she missed the spinach in the beginning. But the way I see it is they do not wash their veggies correctly and will never step foot in there. I prefer to go to the sandwich shop off lemon and golden springs. Their bread is better anyway and the prices are pretty much the same. I wish I could move the management from the other Subway in brea that I use to go to, to this location. Lol

the women that works here either doesnt like working here or she just hates life in general. before i even staryed ordering she was like«hurry up hurry up what you want» and there werent any customers behind me in the first place. and when i got the sandwich she kept bugging me to hurry up in choosing the veggies i wanted saying that there are just so many veggies that they offer. they should def fire her old a**. you shouldnt work here if your gonna be an A Hole to everyone that works here. horrible horrible customer service. never coming back again. 0 stars if they allow it.

With 3 other Subway locations close by this is the one we choose because service is always great. Everyone is always very friendly, accommodating and even when the place is busy they can move through a line pretty quickly. I have seen the owner there a few times and he’s a little less than friendly, but all of our regular sandwich artists are great and make this our favorite location and combined with great tasting subs, deserving of 5 stars.

This location hires people who are not intelligent enough to be the Village Idiot’s understudy!.Case in point: My wife picked up a couple of sandwiches, one of which was supposed to be a «BLT with mayonnaise and extra bacon». After she dropped it off at home and left to run some errands, I unwrapped it and found absolutely no lettuce, no tomato and hardly any mayonnaise! The stupid, lazy(Asian) employee who created this abomination should be fired. Even though this Subway is the most convenient location for me, I probably won’t go there again!

Sometimes the owner works the front. Avoid him. He has an attitude of customers are bothering himwith orders. He usually works the morning, so I avoid eating breakfast there. Most of the time, I hit the place late evenings when the employees are more relaxed. Food is typical subway. But u gotta love their $ 5 footlongs, right? Itz a healthy $ 5 meal if u dun haf chips o soda. Btw, turkey has returned on the $ 5 special menu

Nine dollars and ONECENT! That was the total sum of my order purchased at 9am. Upon handing the young man a $ 20.00 bill, I asked if I could use ONECENT from the coin-flooded tip jar to complete the purchase. I preferred not to handle 99 cents worth of change. «Nope,» responded the young man. «How inflexible,» said I, and left the premise. Surely, ONECENT will not make much difference in a day’s tip count. And given how early it was, there’s no doubt the ONECENT will be made up throughout the day. As a result, my future tips will equal ZEROCENTS!

My friend picked up my togo order for 3 sandwiches. The food is always amazing but not this time. I ordered my sandwich with jalapenos and creamy sriracha sauce and they didn’t put any of those in it. Instead, they put cucumbers when I didn’t ask for it. I’m guessing they thought it was the same order as the other sandwich but nope I guess they are just too lazy to check thoroughly. This wouldve been 2 stars if they didnt forget my jalapenos. They put cucumbers in when I didn’t ask for it.

I love Subway and what it stands for but this location just always seems to have the meanest workers there. When ordering, it seems as if we are«inconveniencing» them. I am not a fussy order-er and always know what I want to order. Yes, sometimes I forget the name of the type of cheese I like but it would not hurt for them to say the cheeses verbally. They put the vegetables on very messily and when folded over at the end, they do not even care to match up the top and the bottom together. We go in to order something but I leave feeling a bit annoyed with their attitude. Does it hurt to be a bit nicer? There are even times when they just simply ignore you while you are waiting to order and they are having their own convos. I guess the only way they survive is because there are a lot of offices nearby so the workers come to order during lunch. If you do not care about their lack of patience and attitude, go here; but I would rather go somewhere else.

I do not understand why a woman like«Tommie» is working there. She is so horrible at customer service. Please do us all a favor Tommie and find a new profession.

So, I’ve come to this location many times on my way home from work and the food is usually pretty good. Having said that, the broccoli cheddar soup that I got today was disgusting! It was watery with no flavor. It was such a turn off that I didn’t even want my sandwich after that. Bummer. My friend took the soup back up to the lady and she added some gooey stuff to make it thicker which was great except that it was so hot that I couldn’t eat it. I only have an hour for lunch… The staff is usually pretty friendly, but they do rush you. And as others have mentioned there is that one lady that is kind of rude. I suspect that she is the owner which isn’t an excuse, but obviously her people skills are just not there. I agree with Ryan M; go to a different Subway.

I like Subway. It’s my default when I’m craving a sandwich and there’s nothing else around. I usually order the Turkey Breast and pile on my favorite toppings. I don’t have any complaints about the food, but the service at this particular location is pretty bad. It depends on who is working, but most of the employees here are rude. There is only ONE nice girl that we’ve encountered here… You’re better off going to a different location.

Good chain. bad service. Multiple times here and it seems they hire either jerks or people all about the money… bad customer service. Go to different subway.

From my experience with Subway, their sandwiches taste pretty much consistent everywhere(which is good). This review is strictly based on their customer service. I had visited this location 4 or 5 times in the past. It is within minute-walking distance from my office. The staffs or the owner never greeted or smiled(at least not to me). They even selectively greeted the customer who came in after me and failed to show any welcoming or friendly gestures to me. This happened everytime I’d been there. I felt unwelcomed and decided to take my business somewhere else. I will not be back.

Subway is my default lunch/dinner when my sister and I can’t decide what to eat. I always get the Chicken Breast Sandwich on Italian Cheese and Herb. However, last time I went they messed up the kind of bread I wanted. Which annoyed me, but they had already put the chicken and other stuff on top, so I just let it go. I’d still go, though. I just hope they don’t mess up the bread again.

My biggest pet peeve is when they won’t give me extra veggie’s on my sub. This location did just that and the worker told me that the owner(s) had instructed the employees to only put on very few veggies. Other locations do it as well, but usually will give more if you ask for extra. This place won’t. Needless to say I won’t be a return customer.

For lunch today, I got a six-inch club sandwich on honey oat bread with lettuce, tomato, swiss cheese and honey mustard, toasted. Yummy-yummy! Along with great sandwiches comes great customer service and their dedication to eating healthy. Three cheers for Subway — they’ve never let me down. :)

$ 5FOOTLONGS!!! I took advantage of this today and got myself a sweet onion chicken teriyaki footlong sandwich. I split it with my brother, so mine was on honey wheat with the works, and his was on jalapeño bread with just tomatoes and lettuce… both toasted to perfection. Half the sandwich is actually a good portion, and for $ 5…even better! Not sure how long this promotion is going for, but I’m totally taking advantage of it while it lasts.
