Update: I had an issue with the sofa I ordered. The sofa arrived in a box without any instructions, and a part appeared to be missing. Ben was quite patient and helpful in speaking with the manufacturer directly and sorted things out for me.

If only i could rate no star i would be happy to give this disgusting company. The sofa set that we ordered last november 2015 unfortunately only 1 piece was delivered and stating that loveseat was broken blah blah so until now 3 mos later no update, not even courtesy call. The dining set we ordered they delivered damaged chairs. And they replaced it with same chair and made some obvious patches! Take note: we paid in the price of brand new product but it seems they gave us display item coz chairs we recieved already assembled! Stay out with this company! Save urself with heartaches and headache!

Almost three weeks late on deliver of my bed, dresser, and mirror. Refused to provide a discount or free setup fee. Good prices but terrible customer service in my experience.

Placed order 1÷08÷16 and today is 2÷12÷16. still haven’t received items. When I call they keep giving bogus delivery days. Beware this company could be fraudulent. Contact your bank to request refund if no delivery within 4 weeks. Do not recommend.

Not very pleased with Muuduu furniture and their customer service. I ordered custom made sofas — they said it would be ready in 3 weeks. They wanted full payment right away for them to start the order so I agreed. Now a month later and still nothing from them. Have called several times have left voicemails and still no return call. Did they just take my full money and run!!!
I want to order additional furniture but the way it is not sure I would even recommend it to my colleagues. Will write an updated review once I finally get a hold of them
Not happy at all… beware!

We purchased a bed from this place. The price of the bed was about $ 400 less than the same bed sold by Wayfair. The delivery was as promised; however, the after the sale customer service was/​is a nightmare. When we assembled the bed, there were some connectors missing. One of the legs was also shorter than the other legs. Since then, we have been calling them several times a day for help and still have the defective bed which we have not slept on since we purchased it more than two weeks ago. Some workers tell us that the owner is out-​of-​town. They have been promising us that they will come to the house and fix the issue, but do not showup. I am about to call my CC company and dispute the sale. Last time i do business with this company.

Drove over 30 min to get to this place only to find out that it’s closed until Feb 16! Place is small hidden warehouse with trash all around. So far not impressed at all.

Just bought a 2 piece sectional. Was lookin forward to it on Jan11th. Its now Feb 5^th an still nothing. No email return. Every customer service person tells me something new. Website said free delivery after $ 299 purchase. Person tried to charge me $ 99 dollars for delivery after purchase when i called. Nobody called an scheduled a delivery date like they said. They say they will call me back. No call back. Never experienced anything like this! Very discouraging. And i paid $ 483 for my couch an I am in the dark. Dont know if i will even get it or not. Looking for alternative methods now. getting kind of desperate for answers here. Just got a new house an been having company with no living room couch. SUCKS! i WISH I could curse on here.

Gotta say I am very satisfied with my purchase from Muuduu Furniture. Very Reasonable Pricing for quality of Furniture. My first purchase was a Sofa Sectional which is Very Nice, I Love it! Delivered at time as promised and guys assembled it quickly. Very Professional Second purchase was at the Muuduu Furniture Showroom. I bought a kitchenette countertop on Sale! Great Price and looks as if It cost so much More. Love my Furniture and as soon as I receive my taxes I’m going to purchase More! Thank you Muuduu #satisfiedcustomer

I stage houses for a living and this company always pulls through, especially on last minute orders. Ben and John were great this past Monday to make sure all my furniture came in on time.
Daniel is always very helpful and makes sure the items offered are in stock.
Muuduu offers great prices, fast delivery and great customer service.

Pros:

1. Very difficult to get through customer care phone or rarely get responses to customer care email
I had a good buying experience and the products are quite nice. I had a problem however with a security refund not being processed on time but that was taken care of after I made a noise on Unilocal (the reason cited was server side issues that led to loss of data). Daniel was quite helpful and very apologetic. I got my refund now and I am happy.
4 stars. It would have been 5 had it not been for the above mentioned problem.

Placed an order yesterday night for a sectional sofa and I’m still waiting for a confirmation call or email. I haven’t heard from anyone yet to confirm payment and no one has replied to my email !!! Very disappointed

I just got my 2 pcs sofa and I absolutely loved it! Jennifer helped a lot she was nice and honest about their products. I saw the sofas online but didn’t really had time to go to their warehouse so I asked Jennifer to describe the quality of the sofas to me before getting them.
I ordered it on a Saturday and got delivered to my place two days after. Super fast! :)

My fiancé and I found this place on Unilocal and decided to give it a go since we are needing a new couch. We found the ones we liked online and came in to get it ordered and check out the quality of the furniture. After we arrived, we ended up finding a couch we never considered when shopping online. The quality is excellent and they were extremely helpful, especially with the price since we were paying with cash. I highly recommend this place and if we need more furniture, we’ll be sure to come here.
Also, the free delivery was the cherry on top.

Purchased my sofa last Wednesday and I got it delivered today. Delivery was quick and easy!

After researching several furniture stores I found Muuduu Furniture. They offer quality furniture at a reasonable price. Muuduu is located at a warehouse and not all furnitures are on display. It’s best to do your search on their website prior to visiting their warehouse. I would recommend to schedule an appointment as they tend to have lots of customers.
Customer service was good! They were so busy we had two representatives take turns helping us. Delivery was a bit delayed but they delivered as promised. After a certain dollar amount they don’t charge for delivery.

It’s been a few months now since I’ve ordered from Muuduu and because of their promotion emails they send EVERY. SINGLE. DAY. it reminded me to review them. I read such great reviews on them so I tried to find them, since this was a few months ago there was something going on with their ware house and they were not able to have anyone visit. But since the reviews were so great I decided I’d take the risk.
First, everything I wanted, which stated was in stock online, ended up being out of stock. I probably went through 4 choices of sofa sets before they actually had one in stock.
Second, the lady mentioned the delivery was scheduled from 12pm-​5pm or something and they would call the morning of to confirm, no one ever called. I called them around 3:00pm and they confirmed it would deliver by 5:00pm…They didn’t show up till around 9:30−10PM. No courtesy call or nothing.
Third, it did not state online that no one assembles the furniture for you. (I don’t know if they added that now, if not, they should!) So, these guys show up at 9:30 PM and bring some huge boxes into my place and proceeded to leave. I asked, «You guys don’t assemble?» and he said, «No, instructions are in the box». So I had the pleasure of assembling a 2 piece sofa set by myself being that I was expecting company the next night and my boyfriend was not in town. NOT FUN.
Now it has been maybe 10 months that I’ve had my sofa set and the quality is not very good. The fabric on one cushion has already begun to rip and I am starting to feel the springs and we don’t even sit on it that much.
Yeah it seems like a great deal — but I would have rather paid more for something that would last for more than 10 months. Now I’ll be buying a new couch and spending even more.

Good customer service… will go back for business. They make sure the customer is happy in the end. We bought some items and were unhappy and Muuduu furniture took care of us in a positive manner.

This is a pretty amazing furniture store. It’s not the highest quality furniture, but it’s really, really good for the price and I think anyone buying here would be pleasantly surprised by the quality, especially when comparing their stuff to Ikea or Overstock, which they seem to sell a lot of similar stuff to the latter.
I went here later in the weekday when there weren’t a lot of customers (if you come on a weekend, it can get pretty packed) and bought a sofa and bed frame. I paid only around $ 450 for the sofa and around $ 200 for the bed frame, both of which I really like a lot. And the delivery was free and on-​time. Btw, if you look at sofas and bed frames at Ikea, it’s definitely a few hundred dollars more and I think the quality is much lower.
I did have some minor issues getting a delivery time set since they were coming on Monday and no one called me on Sunday to confirm my delivery time (which is the only day they were closed), but when I called them Monday morning to ask about delivery times, they were very accommodating and were able to come when I was available. Overall, the entire experience was great and I highly recommend using them if you’re looking for affordable furniture that is of good quality.
Just fyi that the location is kind of hard to find in an industrial complex toward the back. There aren’t really any signs to let you know that you have to drive toward the back, but it’s worth it once you find it.

I love Muuduu! After browsing around Ikea and leaving utterly disappointed in their designs I scheduled an appointment this past Saturday with Muuduu. When I went in there was one person trying to help out 5 or 6 families. I felt like our appointment time was not even necessary (they didn’t ask us if we had an appointment). The associate constantly apologized for the delay and told us that more help would be arriving soon. After about 20 minutes we were finally helped and the very friendly associate who helped us was very knowledgeable in all the products.
They recommend that you browse their website before arriving at their store. Come with a list of all the desired item numbers you’d like to see. Their office does not have every furniture piece listed on their website, but if you just let them know what piece you’re interested in they’ll help you find a similar floor model that matches the color and/​or material.
We decided to purchase a dining table set and a sofa. We ordered on that Saturday and it was ready for us on Wednesday. Price was amazing for the quality furniture we received! We love our new dining set and sofa so much! Thank you Muuduu Furniture!
Oh! On a side note, their free delivery starts at $ 299. We initially were only going to order the dining table set (which was $ 289) and get the sofa elsewhere, but decided to also get the sofa here for the free delivery.
