The staff was aloof and didn’t appreciate questions being asked about their menu. Ordered the 9″ cheesesteak and cap’s chopped salad. Bread was stale. Meat was meh. The lettuce wasn’t fresh. Only reason I went there was because I forgot chick fil a across the street was closed on Sundays.

Maybe 3.5 stars is more accurate, but I’m giving 4 because they have a couple conveniences that up the anti. 1.) Unilocal ordering, and 2.) vegetarian/vegan options. Not to mention the Bobbie, and Cole sandwiches… well anything with their house roasted turkey is outstanding! Don’t bother with anything else if you’re a turkey lover. I did hear their meatballs are good, though. They also stock Wise potato chips, an east coast thing. One recommendation for Capriotti’s: GETGRAVY for the Bobbie!!!

A bit overpriced, but service was decent. I ordered The Bobbie and expected to be blown away, but I am sorry to say it was not the best turkey-stuffing-cranberry sauce sandwich I’ve had. Not to say it wasn’t delicious, but I expected more. My boyfriend’s pastrami sandwich was average-tasting as well. I think one of the easiest improvements that could’ve been made was toasting the bread a little so that it would be warm; I didn’t expect my sandwich to be so cold. I wish their prices were a little lower as well; I’m surprised this place doesn’t have 2 dollar signs on Unilocal. The employees were friendly and cool, however. I may come back to try their other sandwiches.

Great sandwiches and fast service. Way better than any subway or Quiznos. The chicken steak is very tasty, and best of all is that they are fairly quick in making the sandwich. I only wish there were more locations, closest one to home is about 15 – 20 minutes away.

Ok, so I had a mad craving for turkey and stuffing and I remembered the Bobbie. My introduction to it was not great, however… The thing about Capriottis is, they really have a ‘back east’ attitude when it comes to customer service. When you order, you are pretty much on your own. Like at Subway, they’ll always ask: Which bread? What cheese? Do you want it toasted? Over Here, there are no prompts… You gotta know what you want. And I didn’t know. But now I do. So you order the small size Bobbie(its freekin HUGE… Honestly I eat like a hog, and the small is almost too big for me) You ask for it to be warm. You get the cran on the side, so you can add as much or as little as you like. For a little extra moisture, I got a light schmear of mayo on the turkey side. Badabing, you’re eating a feast worthy sammich. That is all. Enjoy.
