I recently had to have my washing machine replaced. My home warranty contracted this company to deliver and install my washer. The company called me to set up an appointment for installed. They came promptly within the time frame mentioned. A day later I noticed a pool of water around my washer and contacted the A-1 delivery to come look at the washer that they installed. We set up a time and date. Took the day off of work and waited for the technician to come down and look at the washer. The person never showed up or bothered to call to let me know what was going on. I called again the next day, cause I was upset that they wasted my time waiting for the person and basically wasting a whole day off work for nothing. The manager apologized and stated that he would work with me and told me that they would send someone to my house that was time friendly towards my schedule since, I was stood up the last time. Long story short, the person scheduled to stop by, calls me 30 mins after the agreed upon time and states that he would not be able to stop by cause it’s too late and that’s past his work shift. He suggested that I contact the manufacturer regarding the problem because their is no way that they could have installed the washer incorrectly. He hung up before I had a chance to respond cause i was clearly upset. Tried calling back, but office shuts down immediately at 5pm and you won’t get anyone except an answering machine and no possible way to leave a message. Called the next day, talked to the manager again. He said the driver advised me to contact manufacturer since it’s brand new and under warranty. I told him that I needed to know for sure, that it was a defect and not the install before even attempted to contact the manufacturer. The manager assured me that his people(technicians/delivery people) are all good, and their was no way that they could have messed up the install. But since I persisted to have a technician come down to look at it he agreed to send someone over. Finally technician from A-1 delivery came down and looked at the washer. He realized that one of the hoses wasn’t tightened properly which caused the leak and not a manufacturers defect like they assumed. Just goes to show you what kind of company A-1 Delivery is. I would not recommend anybody use them as they’re customer service is absolutely atrocious. This ordeal lasted 3 weeks to get someone down to look at my washer.

The WORST delivery service. Delivered an appliance to my home, several hours past the projected delivery time, damaged. Did not leave me with any paperwork. Delivery personnel were SO unprofessional as was Jennifer over the phone.
