William Jervis, MD FACS

I have been a patient of Dr. Jervis since 2004 and think the world of he and his staff.
When one seeks out a plastic surgeon there are no guarantees but overall I think the procedures he has recommended for me have worked well. I started with 7 lbs of liposuction and after one year thought I was a little lopsided and Dr. Jervis offered to perform surgery on me again for no fee other than paying the outside anesthesiologist. I thought this quite responsive considering I started with quite a pear shaped behind and am very picky.
I did try chemical peels and lasering for hair removal neither of which were awesome results (I was warned by the nurse practitioner that neither may work as well as I wanted). However, in 2013 I went in for Portrait Plasma and I should have just stated with this procedure as it took care of facial hair, sagging, wrinkles and imperfections. I went in for round two of facial plasma 6 months ago and my skin did have hyperpigmentation post treatment (I have fair coloring) but over time it is fading and the result is cumulatively great.
I also see Dr. Jervis for lip fillers and Botox and like the fact that he is not big on both so I don’t end up being oversold and walking out of his office overdone.
His pedigree is impressive. He has decades of experience. He and his staff are very friendly. His prices are very reasonable. I also like that he has reviewed a lot of procedures and only sells the ones he thinks will work. However the most important thing is that he does all the procedures himself so you know you are getting a pro.
I recommend him to anyone looking for improvement in their appearance.

I have been going to Dr. Jervis for approximately 3 years. I get botox and fillers with him. He is a great Dr. and I always leave feeling happy with my results. He is very honest, gentle, reasonably priced and always does a good job getting rid of my lines! I keep young without looking unnatural. I trust him and I trust his advice on the amount needed for my face. He has never steered me wrong! It is very easy to get an appointment with him and wait time is always short. I would recommend him to anyone!

I’ve been seeing Dr Jervis for a few years for regular «maintenance» and have now come to the age of needing some fillers… uugh. I’m a big chicken, too! Dr Jervis was virtually painless, reasonably priced, and the results took at least 8 years off my face.
His nurse will even hold my hand during the injections if I ask her too! Love that!!!
They all go above & beyond with a smile & that old fashioned type customer service… I love that too!
I did have some concerns and he listened closely & the results have each time been what I was hoping for.
There are always risks in medical procedures, so do your research before you decide on any treatment. Go in to Dr Jervis with questions prepared and he’ll take the time to answer them honestly with no BS! This is YOUR body/​face after all.
This is a man I DO recommend to my friends & clients, and the ones who have gone in are just as pleased. If you’re «shopping», his no nonsense, honest approach is worth it.

Zero stars for me! I went for a consultation about the deep lines that go from the corner of my mouth to my chin. Dr. Jervis gave me some information about fillers then told me about fat injections and how great it works and I would never need to do it again nor need to come back as you do with fillers. So I schedule my appointment and off we go. I admit he has a wonderful staff. I go back for a 2 week appointment and have concerns about the left side of my mouth and was told there was still swelling. I really didn’t buy it but ok, I’ll wait. So, today I went back for my 2 month appointment very disappointed in the results. I am hoping he will suggest something but in steads tells me he only promised me improvement (which there is none and by the way, quoted me a 90% improvement on my last visit) and then tells me, I really need a face lift to get rid of these 2 lines. Way to go Jervis! Since I am so disappointed on what you did, why would I come to you for a face lift? Lot’s of plastic Sturgeons out there! Won’t be back!

Dr. Jervis provided exceptional service! I am an MD myself and as such, I am very skeptical of who I let perform procedures on me. I was in need of dermal fillers and being new to the area, I made an appointment with him only after reading about dermal filler reviews from prior patients of his on Unilocal,as the reviews were very positive. Dr. Jervis was attentive and he explained the procedures and options for different types of fillers in detail. He disclosed all the possible risks involved, and did not push me to pay for more product than I actually needed. He is very easy to talk to and because of his years of experience, I felt very comfortable having him do the procedures the same day as my consultation. I was extremely pleased with the results! I plan to go back to him in a few months when it’s time for a retouch. The staff was very professional and courteous and people are seen on time. The office is clean and cozy and there is plenty of parking. I was a little surprised by one review I had read about in which a man was complaining that the laser hair removal treatments were taking more sessions than he initially thought was required. That’s an unfair review for him to post because no one can predict how many treatments an individual person is definitively going to need in order for the hair not to grow back. Treatment providers can only tell you the average number of treatments needed by most of their clients. Maybe his hair just happens not to take to the treatments as well as that of other clients — that’s a genetic issue and I don’t think it’s fair to post a review like that in reference to Dr. Jervis. I think Dr. Jervis is an excellent plastic surgeon and he has a very good eye and feel of how to give you the look that you want.

I visited Dr. Jervis in 2010 for a consultation for a chin implant and neck liposuction. He was very friendly and informative and took his time to answer all of my questions and concerns. He also gave me alternative treatment plans and suggestions.
There was no charge for my consult, and the office staff was very friendly. Although I didn’t have the procedure done, if I ever was too, I would see him for it.
I have been back to see Julie, his RN that does BOTOX, fillers an laser treatments and she is the best! Great overall experience!

Disappointed. Went for a consultation and was advised that my spider veins could be zapped during the consultation. Everything sounded fine. Got 220+ zaps in 15 minutes ($ 150). Took 8 weeks for the blisters, bruises, scabsm etc. to go away (I called the office b/​c I was so concerned and wasn’t warned about the outcomes). Ended up with scars up and down my legs. Ugh. Now I need to go to a dermatogologist to hopefully repair the damage.

This is the first time I ever had dermal filler done and I was apprehensive about the procedure. I was very comfortable with Dr. Jervis as he went through and explained to me all the options available. I felt comfortable enough to get it done right then as he was available. Dr. Jervis was very attentive and explained the steps as he went along. I liked him very much as he was very responsive to his patient’s needs and did not rush you through. I would come back again and would recommend him to anyone who considers having cosmetic fillers done. His staff was all very nice and professional.
Parking is available although you may need to look for one at the busy time of the day.

Im torn what to do here. I have gone to this office so many times for laser hair removal i cant begin to count. I saw three different people over that span of time. The first person I saw promised me that after 7 treatments that I would be hair free (this was over three years ago, so maybe we know now it doesnt mean hair free). The problem is that they said I would be charged for 7 appointments and after that it would be warranty touch up work. After the 10^th appointment it became evident that I would have to return every 3 months, so they decided to charge we $ 175 per visit. Ok, I could live with that. Seemed fair. But as time moved on, things got sketchy. The price started to change and without notice. Then before one appointment I was told the laser wasnt working properly. I was seen and halfway through the treatment the laser stopped altogether. Julia offered my next session for free. So flash forward to that free session. After treatment, im told that I will be charged $ 500 for each treatment.
I think everyone here is nice enough, so Im not trying to be disparaging.
The problem is that my rate jumped from $ 250 a session to free to $ 75 to $ 150 and now its $ 500.
Nobody can make any promises and they are free to choose how much they want to charge. Its just the way it was all handled. Did I complain when they didnt charge me? No. Am I complaining when they are trying to charge $ 500, yes. Should I need to be there every 3 months? Is this because their laser is defective or because I got blessed with to much hair?

I love Dr Jervis’s office. I’ve been a patient there for several years. The staff is warm and friendly. Dr Jervis’s work has ALWAYS exceeded my expectations. Was in yesterday for my botox and juvaderm and could not be happier with the results. I haven’t had a surgical procedure yet but a mommy makeover is in my plans and Dr. Jervis will be my surgeon. I’ve met many of his clients, seen his work (everything nose jobs to lipo), and have never heard a compliant.

Dr Jervis and his staff are wonderful. Very attentive and caring. I always enjoy seeing them. But most important is that Dr. Jervis is a skilled and gifted surgeon. I have been a patient for over 16 yrs. I had a face lift at 50yrs old. The results were so natural that no one knew I had a lift. I have had many different procedures done and have been delighted with all of them. I have sent many friends to Dr. Jervis and they have been very happy.

Hi think Dr Jervis is a great Doc. I have been going to get Bot ox for over a year. I always get in and get appointments when I need then and look good when I leave. I am a hair stylist in town and I tell all my clients about him. And you know when your stylist says she knows where to go you go!!!

Dr Jervis and staff are awesome. Ladies never tell their secrets so … shhh… I won’t say why I have been in there — but I will say I have been there repeatedly and each time have been treated well. If you are looking for a plastic Surgeon Dr Jervis is the man. He is honest, fair, and generally concerned in making you look and feel better. He is easy to find, very discreet and lots of parking. Yes, the cute old people as the OP wrote, add to the relaxed ambiance. From Consult to follow up Dr. Jervis and staff are 100 percent fantastic. Andrea by far IS the sweetest receptionist ever, I agree.
**The reason I am so fanatical about this practice, is they have changed my spirit and made life better as a side effect of his work.

I walked in and was immediately greeted by the sweetest receptionist ever. I had my appointment with Julia an RN who does laser hair removal. She was so sweet, informative, and professional.
First we did a consult, Q&A, and then she explained the pricing. Because they had an open slot she offered to do a section of hair removal since I was in compliance with all the necessary prep work.
I was excited and went for it. Julia iced the section, put some glasses on me and then began to laser, the pain went from none to a small flick on the skin at most. Doing both my underarms took less than 15 minutes. I decided to purchase a package for the 6 sessions it will probably take to get rid of all the hair which saved me 15%. I will be back in 4 weeks and voila! Pricey but I will update with the cost/​benefit results.
The staff made me feel like I was hanging out with friends at the spa even while I was getting zapped. I highly recommend Dr. Jervis’ office for laser hair removal!
