Had a bathroom alteration done 5 years ago. The delays and poor communication were a problem then, but now I am seeing the results of poor quality work. The realtor recommended them but the work was seriously overpriced. Beware realtor recommendations. They were very polite but choose someone else.

Extremely over priced with a smile… I believe they take advantage of unsuspecting elders.
I requested a bid on a project and the guy was so arrogant that he made me feel I wasted his time. He promised a bid that evening and that was 6 weeks ago. There are too many skilled contractors out there to play this game and outrageous pricing.

We had a leak in the kitchen wall. After having confirmed the location of the leak and assuming there was mold, Brad Hannah of Toupin Construction and his team sealed off that half of the kitchen; opened up the wall for the plumber who fixed the leak; cleaned up the mold and dried up the area; repaired the wall; and left the entire area emmaculate. We were 100% satisfied with their work, PLUS Brad and his team were always courteous, pleasant to have around, and accommodating whenever I had to get to something in their work area.
I wouldn’t hesitate a moment to hire this company, again.
