First let me say that I do not consider myself a gym person — not a fan of crowds or the cheerleader-type classes, I would rather take a long walk in nature — but I needed to work on strength training — and have found my experience with The Perfect Workout to be wonderful, and perfect for anyone, any age, any physical ability. I found out about our Perfect Workout from an ad in the local paper. Originally based in Southern California, and lucky for us, locations are opening up around the Bay Area, with new locations being added. There are no big signs on the outside of this office building, and when you enter the space, you are greeted by one of two personal trainers who work one-on-one directly with you for a real strength training workout that takes a half-an-hour of your time, twice a week — or once a week, if you choose that option. You have a set appointment date and time, so no waiting, and at the most, there are two people there using the equipment each with your own trainer, and not only do you feel it, you will see results. I look forward to my twice weekly sessions, and have been going since November 2013. Now I can’t imagine not going, as I feel so much better, and stronger, and sleep so much better because of these workouts. My husband tells me he sees the difference, too.
