Something is very wrong here. In six of the last eight visits within the last two weeks, I have had to wait at least 15 to 20 minutes to get my food in the drive-​through. When I do the food order is either wrong or the tortillas are hard. I eat at other Taco Bell’s frequently however you get this one becauseI work in the area in the food service industry and I have very little choice is where I can eat that is at my place of employment. Long story boring to service at this location is completely unacceptable.
Edit: continues to go downhill from here, it is been getting worse and worse. I am now in line and have been for 30 minutes and I have not even placed my order at the speaker yet. Which means I’ll probably be here for another 20 minutes or more. This is ridiculous and it is not fast food.

If I could give them 0 stars I would. We came in at 10:10 and as we walked in the manager rolled her eyes and went and locked the doors behind us. We then were missing one of our orders and asked nicely for it and the manager came over and searched our things and accused us of lying about a taco!!! We never even got what we ordered. I have never have had to deal with such bad management. I will never come back to this location and really urge that you don’t either. People like this don’t deserve your money.

This place suck I will never come here again it is Sunday 2nd at 2pm she is the girl who takes the orders she is so rude her tone of her voice is not customers service quality they need to get her out of the drive through! I will never go back again… everything I asked for she was like NO we can’t do that… like really wow I will pay extra no problem she still said NO! So I left did not pay for anything … worst service EVER

This place has gotten my order wrong multiple times. First two times I let it slide because sh*t happens and people make mistakes but the third time. just no. One of the times I even asked to just get my money back because they gave me nothing I had even ordered and all I got was «we don’t give money back, sorry» let’s just say I’m not going to come back to this location.

This is the second time this week that I’ve bought Taco Bell’s new Triple Steak Stack… and it’s WONDERFUL! It’s loaded with steak and melted cheese, and when you add salsa to it it’s great. The price is $ 6.49 plus tax but it is well worth the money. It’s good sized. I would highly recommend it!

This is the worst Taco Bell I’ve ever been to. The order is always wrong, the food is always cold. Last time we ate food from there, everyone got sick. Nasty, just nasty!

Even though I make a real effort to eat healthfully, Taco Bell is my secret guilty pleasure. This particular Taco Bell is one of the nicest to go to. There are some exceptionally friendly and efficient workers, and the food is usually hot snd prepared correctly. The interior is very clean and well kept, and the drive-​through is fast and accurate. All-​in-​all, this is one of the best fast food joints in town!

Came in here for a quick bite and asked for a grilled stuft nacho. Elva (my cashier) said they aren’t on the menu anymore :(BUT THEN a miracle happened. Elva said they could make it for me anyway they just didnt have the sauce. God bless you, Elva!
This place is semi-​newly renovated so it’s super clean and the bathrooms were really nice.
I will never leave a taco bell without cinnamon twists. NEVER.

My first time was through drive thru. I was able to have the person on the other end understand my order. That’s a plus for me, it gets annoying to have to yell at the speaker because they can’t understand.
All I ordered was two chicken burritos and extra fire sauce. Since this wasn’t for me, I can’t tell you if the burritos were good. But by the look in his face and the fact the he ate both burritos, they must have been good.
I am not a big fan of Taco Bell, this was just a visit for a friend’s lunch.

Never any problems at this Taco Bell — conveniently located near many office buildings and the Bart station, and though the exit is one way, the u-​turn opportunity is seconds away. Food is always good and made properly and service is quick, whether I’ve visited for a mid-​week work lunch or a midnight snack. Keep up the good work!
Fun fact: their compact and rather long-​drive thru window always reminds me of a ride at Disneyland, somewhere between Autopia and Mr. Toad’s Wild Ride. A mental vacation while you grab a taco!

I came for lunch 8÷9÷12 and was going to just go through the drive-​thru then head back to work and eat at my desk, but when i arrived I noticed the drive-​thru was empty and the parking lot was full. Seriously, I got the last spot! This intrigued me so I decided to dine-​in.
I went in and ordered my crunchy tacos and found one of the few tables that wasn’t taken. Very quickly my order was ready and it was served on a clean tray which I took back to my table. I noted the clean floors and counters and table tops.
The employees were fast, friendly, and obviously very busy.
I enjoyed my lunch inside and watched groups and other singles dine around me. It was much better than sitting back at my work desk to eat. Plus, the tacos were awesome. Even distribution of lettuce and cheese. Consistent quality across the board! Hmmm, writing this review really makes me crave Taco Bell.
