I’ve worked with staff at Synchronous for a long time and have always been very pleased with the results. Their knowledge is superior and they have always handled tasks with a complete and perfect outcome. They are super responsive and work in a cost-​effective manner. I’ve worked with Jasper to set up my network, program my scanner (so it links to email and to my network), purchased and had him install computer equipment, and worked with his associate to update my website (which was done at lightening speed). I’m sure this is only a partial list of all he’s done for me as I’m not very tech savvy. I’ve been thrilled with him though and recommend him highly.

I work for myself so I don’t have the budget for my own IT person but I was looking for an upgrade to my office. My computer is pretty outdated and was giving me problems. My friend recommended I call Synchronous. I was very pleased with their promptness in returning my phone call and setting an appointment. The installer came to my home and gave me an estimate and I felt very comfortable working with him as he was able to answer all of my questions without using all the «computer speak». I really felt he had my best interest at heart and I didn’t feel like I was being up-​sold. He ordered all of my gear and set it up the following week. Everything works like a dream… such a relief!

As a small non-​office we needed someone who responds. Our previous IT person would get back to us 24 – 48 hours after we reached out. Not helpful when you need IT help. Synchronous Networks has repeatedly been responsive.
They also have been super helpful in helping us rethink our network and simplify it to meet our needs and make management of our networks much easier to manage.
