Best service in town hands down. Thanks to Specialized Carpet Care I didn’t have to replace my carpet on one of my rental properties. When my last tenant moved out, he left me with a carpet filled food and pets stains. In one word: filthy. The technicians showed up early, and after a walk through, I thought they were going to tell me that I needed my carpet replaced. Boy was I wrong. When they were done, my carpet looked as good as new. No more stains, no more smell. I’m a happy customer and I will only use Specialized Carpet Care from here on out.

I called Specialized Carpet Care and they were able to fit me in their schedule. With 4 young boys running around my house the carpet was super dirty with juice stains They showed up on time and they were professional. My carpet was clean and the stains had vanished. I bought a house about 10 years ago and my dining room and living room floors were beautiful and shiny hardwood floors. After settling down and starting a family, my floors looked dull and scratched. This was apparent when we were looking at old pics of our kids when they were young and we noticed the difference in the hardwood floors. We called Specialized and they were able to fit us in and work with our schedules. We showed them the old pictures and they said they could have our floors looking like new in no time. After Rey were done, I was very pleased with the results! The team was very professional and fast. And the floor is back to its old shiny «brand new look». They were very mindful of our home and belongings and a pleasure to work with. As our family grows and we buy a bigger home I will have Specialized take care of my floors again!

Having a couple of very active dogs along with light colored carpet is not quite the recipe for clean. In addition, one of these dogs is still a puppy. I contacted Specialized CC and had them come out to work on the dirt lot I used to call a carpet. I was extremely impressed! I thought that there was no way some old stains would ever come out, but Luiggi did a phenomenal job cleaning the stained area.
I would definitely recommend them for any carpet cleaning needs.
