I am very happy with the Service I received from Eileen. I needed to place my father in a home that will take care of him for an extended length of time. We had 3 homes to view and was able to choose one that somewhat resembled my father’s home in Walnut Creek. It is a major adjustment as my father will never to be able to return to his home. The home we placed him in is doing a great job taking care of him! Thank you Eileen for the constant communication during the move.

I couldn’t be happier with the service that Jann has provided. I needed to place my mom in a residential facility in the San Jose area that specializes in dementia/​Alzheimer clientele. In one day she located the perfect facility located very close to my home. Jann’s knowledge and guidance were really appreciated. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Jann to anyone who is looking to place a Senior in the appropriate home care environment.

Jann is a delightful caring and knowledgable senior advocate. When I met her to do research for a relative she had a back seat full of walkers she had collected to donate. She knows the communities, is generous with her time and clearly understands the unique problems of seniors who are in decline. She will not disappoint.

Recently my 92 year old dad landed in the hospital for a variety of ailments. The care home at which he had lived for the past few years told me they could no longer care for him. My dad was clearly approaching the end of his life and the hospital wanted to send him to a rehab facility. My experience with rehab facilities has not been good. I told the hospital I would not permit my dad to go to rehab.
The hospital social worker gave me Jann’s name and number and explained she might be able to assist with locating a new home for my father where he could receive the care he needed. I found Jann to be 100% available to me and willing to answer all of my questions and address my concerns. In speaking with her we identified an excellent care home about 1 mile from my Alamo home.
I met with the owner of the home, Nancy Oh, spoke with some of her residents and workers and liked what I saw and heard. I moved my dad in the next day.
Jann maintained contact with me during this entire process to make sure everything was happening smoothly.
My dad passed away 3 days ago, less than a month after moving to his new care home. He went in his sleep with no pain or discomfort. Without Jann’s assistance that may not have been the case.

I cannot recommend Jann and Senior Visionary Services highly enough. She worked with me on very short notice to help find a board and care home for my mom who is in the final stages of Alzheimer’s. This was an extremely emotional time for our family and Jann’s professionalism and empathy were greatly appreciated. She found several homes for us to look at and took me to each one, went over everything and was supportive and kind throughout the process. One of the homes was a perfect fit for my mom and our family. Jann handled all the background checks, negotiated the costs and helped us through each step. My mom is not only happy at the care home, she is thriving. I don’t know what we would have done without Jann and am very happy that we found her and Senior Visionary Services.

Their service is a «literally» life saving. My father passed away suddenly and he was my mothers main caretaker. I was left with a very painful decision making situation with no knowledge of how or where to turn to find my mother a place to go. Jann was professional, and knowledgable and I am so thankful she could step in and guide me through every step. On top of the guidance, she found something for my mother that is better than I ever dreamed. The fact that there is no charge to the family is just the icing on the cake. I feel so lucky to have had Jann and her services to help me through such an emotional time. Even after we found a place she has been there for me to give me tips and guide me with ways to make the longer term changes go smoothly. I can’t thank Jann enough, I will never forget her dedication and immediate attention to this very tough time in my families life.
