The owner is being rude today 6÷21÷2016 and stated previous PREVIOUS BAD Review was fake from last year. You should have let that go… So now… Well gave you a chance had minor computer repair feb-march 2016. I walked in and their was a large dog on the floor smelling up the place. I said, have asthma can you get rid of the dog. Dog was placed in the back, but was thinking a place of business leave the dog home! They fixed minor computer problem was fixed quickly 1 day only. ³⁄₅ stars because of dog smell when you walk in the door.
Owner this is my response… tell the truth be honest didn’t appreciate you saying my first review was fake

I took my computer to the Apple Store and they said I had to wait 2 weeks before they could fix it. They recommended this shop which was a few blocks away so I walked in after leaving Apple. I was able to talk to a tech without any wait and he gave me a me a free estimate on the spot. They were able to transfer all my data to a new, faster hard drive in one day.

I am glad I found Saratoga Computers to repair my Dell computer. They are very knowledgeable and helpful. Plus both Matt and Jim are very friendly. Hopefully I won’t have anymore problems for awhile, but if I do, I would not hesitate to bring my computer back or recommend them to my friends.

My friend’s MacBook screen cracked and after a frustrating visit to the Apple Store, I decided to give this place a shot. Man am I glad I did! The technician, Matt, was extremely friendly and helpful. I ordered another MacBook screen and sent the computer down along with the new screen. He put it on and it was ready the next day looking fantastic! Thanks Matt!

Took my wife’s 18 month old HP laptop in for diagnosis because it was rebooting without warning and no suggested solution. Saratoga found some virus which they thought might be causing the problem. unfortunately after I took it home, it finally died indicating the hard drive failed. Instead of replacing the drive with the same device, I decided to replace it with a SSD drive. I wanted to pick it up on the weekend, but they had a business project to work on. Matt suggested I meet him on Sunday and I would get the laptop back. He/they went out of their way to provide excellent customer service. I would use them again, and would recommend them to anyone.

Super solid computer repair place. They are locally owned and have been in business for a long time.
Matt is an honest tech — a few friends have brought in computers to them and he’s diagnosed them and found something minor wrong and didn’t even charge them for the fix.
If you brought your stuff into Best Buy or some other big box store they are going to give you a minimum just to look at your computer.

Matt is a savior! I am computer illiterate and knew my computer was not working but had no idea what happened. Called Saratoga and Matt came to the rescue! Found out my hard drive crashed. He was able to recover everything and transfer it to another computer very quickly. He also gave me one flat rate for everything he did. It was an excellent, painless experience. Thank you!

I have an older iMac from 2006 and had been having a few issues with it for awhile now. It had slowed down and didn’t preform when I needed it the most! Found Saratoga and gave them a call. It was so easy! Quick turnaround and hassle free. I wish I had done this months ago. I’d use them again for sure if I ever have any issues in the future.

This is a father-son team with years of experience, friendly manner, and square-dealing. Saved my laptop w minimum fuss, explained what went wrong, etc. Hourly rate seems fair — I drove 60 mi round trip twice to get to them after an extensive search of Bay Area puter repair places. I called a bunch of them and have to say that language was often a barrier — not so these Saratoga fellas. Though Dad has a Brooklyn accent that took me back to the Big Apple… Heavy accents add another layer of decoding when the topic is complex, like computers.
