The single worst massage experience of my life. After leading me into the room, the hostess tried to haggle me up from the 30 minute shoulder/​foot massage I’d asked for. I said no.
The masseuse arrived and I had to explain repeatedly that I only wanted feet and shoulders. She told me to take my pants off. When I asked why, she said «up to you.»
The massage was rough and unskilled. I had to say «too much pressure» repeatedly to get the masseuse to ease up, and once she laughed when I said it. She kept walking in and out of the room to talk to the hostess.
Finally I got up to dress. I was glad to leave. I left five dollars on the pillow even though I felt it deserved no tip at all. The masseuse burst back in and snatched the bill up off the pillow. «Oh five dollars? No ten dollars?» I said «thank you» and then she said «Five dollar too cheap!»
I saw zero understanding of service and how to create a healing experience from this place. Save your money and find someplace else. I have had a hundred massages but nothing close to this lousy experience.

I highly recommend the one hour full body massage. It is a great deal and the service here is excellent. We came here and were able to get two massages as walk ins. The staff here is very friendly and professional and the individual massage rooms are clean and relaxing. They let you relax fully during your massage and don’t try to make small talk which I really appreciate. Additionally I had a leg injury that I wanted them to work around and my masseuse was very accommodating. Definitely coming back here again soon.
