I nearly forgot I own a duplex in El Sobrante, this is how well this property management firm handles their business and their clients. I’ve used MSB for approximately 3 years now and could not be more pleasant. I am able to check in on my tenants, and the condition of my unit with the ease of no surprise problems all thanks to Nik. Every inspection we do takes no time at all, as Nik handles all property issues immediately. If you’re a property owner and want no stress while renting, contact Nik immediately!

MSB has an online tenant portal that allows me to pay my rent and contact the front office almost immediately. The lease signing was very smooth, and they took the time to explain the details of the lease to me. They are very responsive and the staff genuinely cares about and listens to any concerns we encounter, and do a great job of mediating between my concerns and the owners. I live in an old building in Oakland, but never really had to worry when things went wrong, they handled things in a very timely manner.

First of all, I LOVE their online portal and the convenience being able to pay rent online. MSB also responds quickly to issues which is a lifesaver — I rented an apartment from them and when the garbage disposal broke they had someone over to replace it the same day. So reliable. They also show up when they say they will so I am not sitting around waiting all day. I have indoor kitties and don’t really trust anyone to keep the front door shut (one kitty is crazy adventurous and curious — so much supervision needed for that guy!)
Everyone on their team is very professional, attentive, and kind. If they had rentals in SF, I would totally rent from them again!
