I am a pretty decent hands on type of homeowner, but when I decided to remodel my 1950’s family home, total interior demo and remodel, I realized I needed some help. David was referred to me by my neighbor. The services David provided me included total drywall demolition, removal of carpeting, all cabinets and fixtures, upgraded plumbing from cast iron to ABS, removal of several load bearing walls, replacing them with large beams, concrete patio and driveway. Although I was able to do much of the remaining work, with some help from friends, I would not hesitate to hire David to do the all the work. I am extremely selective in my hiring, but I trust David for his quality, honesty, and openness to listen to my ideas and plans. I would recommend him for any phase of new construction or remodel. He really is that good!

My husband and I did a complete remodel of our entire upstairs in early 2015 which included a complete reconfiguration of the kitchen, installation of a skylight and upgrading a lot of electrical and plumbing. David was AMAZING. He works swiftly but more importantly he does incredible work with great attention to detail. He takes pride in his work and did a wonderful job. He listened to us and explained things to us. He was timely, hardworking and very easy to talk to. In short, his work and creativity exceeded my vision and expectations. We love everything about our remodel and truly enjoyed working with David. We look forward to working with him again on future projects.
