We originally got our Living Trust done with Reed Scott in 2006 and since then have been back to his office a couple of times to do amendments because of matters that had changed in our lives.
With the initial set up of the living trust and the times we have gone back we have always received the full attention that we needed and got all of our questions answered. Mr. Scott knows his stuff and understands the law and how it works and what is best to benefit you. It is not just about having a piece of paper with your signature on it in case you should pass away; but having that piece of paper written in the manner that will protect you, your beneficiaries, and your assets from taxes and other legal issues.
His assistant, Megan, had all of our paperwork ready for us with duplicate copies where needed and followed-​up with answers to our questions.
All-​in-​all it was a very good experience and everyone we dealt with at the office were very professional.

Initially, Mr Scott not only established a trust for my wife and but he also made one for me. He was able to untangle complicated issues, explain them thoroughly in an understandable manner and did so in a professional yet compassionate way. We were both very satisfied.
Recently, I needed to update my trust so I again turned to Mr Scott for assistance. After presenting to him what my intent was he offered various options some of which I had not considered as a solution. Because of his advise, I was able to update my trust in a timely manner, exactly as I had intended, at a reasonable price.

We’ve used Reed’s services for two estate plans — our own in 2007 and my father in law’s in 2014. In both cases we were very pleased with the professionalism, thoroughness, knowledge, and execution exhibited by Reed and his staff. In each instance the estate planning involved a good degree of nuance and complexity. Our initial exposure was through one of his seminars which are extremely informative. Reed identifies the major issues and concerns that are important to estate planning and ensures they are built into the plan. He can explain complex legal and estate issues to those not intimate with the law. He ensures specific family and other estate issues are properly addressed. He was very responsive and implemented the plans quickly at our request. We would highly recommend him.
