Steve settled my case with my apartment building, got paid and I’m still waiting to get my money (almost 10 years later), because he dropped the ball when dealing with a greedy hospital lawyer who refused to abide by the law and accept payment from Medicare & Medi-​Cal (who already agreed to pay for all of my surgeries– from 2 hospitals, not just his). When I wanted to go to a mediation instead of take a deal from the hospital, it was only supposed to be a month before the mediation. I’m still waiting. On October 9^th 2014 I’ll be going in for my 6^th surgery as a direct result of the injury I sustained.
*update to my review, I finally got my settlement in August 2015 — 10 years after my accident, and sooo many years after I should have received my final settlement, due to the stupid games the lawyers played, including mine.
