My experience with Intelligent Office has been very positive. The staff and the facilities have always made a very positive impression on my clients and potential clients. I recently discovered a very small billing error on my statement, less than $ 5, and I pointed it out more out of curiosity than anything else. The matter was immediately addressed, the cause of the error explained to me and a credit applied to my next month’s bill with apologies. I can recommend Intelligent Office at 2920 Buskirk without reservations.

I’ve been working with Intelligent Office for almost two years now and I would say they do a great job. We are Real Estate office that works pretty independently, but Intelligent Office is always there for us if we need backup. There was times when I am missing supplies or need an extra hand to make sure items are delivered and received by the right clients and they handle it no questions asked.

I have been a customer for about 5 years. My experience has been overwhelmingly positive. IO allows me to have a very professional office on a part-time basis. I only pay for what I use which works well since I use the office about 2 days a week. Plenty of free parking, walking distance from PH Bart, close to Starbucks = it all works for me. The folks at IO have been very flexible and easy to work with. Two thumbs up.

I wish I could give a better review based on when I first started using Intelligent Office. At that time Cody was the manager and everything was great, and it was a no-brainer to use them for answering phone calls and emails. Then unfortunately Cody left and they had an interim manager. I wasn’t happy with the fact the manager left right after starting services, but everything seemed to be fine as far as the service they were providing. Then recently they hired a new manager, Paul, and he won’t honor the same contract that was signed before. I changed the business name and offer fewer services, so I get less than a third the calls and emails I had before, and all of a sudden the manager wants me to pay more than I did before he arrived. Refused to budge. Not a way to run a business. You need to keep customers, not lose them because you’re greedy. If you ask them to stop the service, you still have to pay for one more month. Avoid IO as long as Paul is the manager. Also since the switch every single time I went to front desk the receptionists where eating at the front desk and watching move on their computers. Not professional at all.
