We’ve been using Evening Janitorial for several months now, and we love them! We have a fairly large space, and our janitor, Sergio, does an amazing job keeping everything spic and span. Evening Janitorial has been great about suggesting cleaning treatments, referring us to other services (like carpet replacement), and communicating with us regularly. They truly go above and beyond to make sure their customers are satisfied. Overall, our experience with Evening Janitorial has been a pleasure!

I worked in a large, complex office building in Oakland that had been a challenge for many to keep clean. Kathy and her team came in, saw what needed to be done, and worked to raise and maintain a level of cleanliness of that building and three others that were under my watch.

In our case we had 2 facilities to be cleaned: a Church that needed extensive deep cleaning, and a new youth center.
Kathy and her team managed to deep clean the church to look as new (every body noticed it) and they are maintaining it clean on a TAILORED SCHEDULE AND BUDGET that suits the Church’s needs!
Also the new building had great construction cleaning and windows (very big and high ones) cleaned, it became so clean and shiny after being so messy and dusty!
Cathy and her crew are so prompt in responses when it comes to emails or phone calls.
Their service is very professional and the pricing is VERY reasonable!

I am the office manager here in Pleasanton and janitorial companies drop by all the time trying to get my business — but nobody is better than Kathy and her staff. We’ve had them working for us for over two years when a manager decided to give the business to his buddy. It was terrible and after just two months I fired them and got EJ back to work for us! They are amazing, responsive, courteous, and just really good at what they do which is clean — everything, really well. I can’t say enough good things about this company and their crew. Sometimes I work late and I’m here when they are cleaning and they are friendly and quick about getting things done. No more notes left around to remind someone to empty a trash can or wipe down a table top. Kathy just dropped by yesterday to see how things looked and commented it looked great. I agree — it just doesn’t get any better than this group and they are more than reasonably priced. Cheaper than the bosses buddy who couldn’t even vacuum.
