I’m a lender, and David was the listing side of my buyer’s transaction. I’ve never Unilocaled a ‘listing Agent’ before, but felt compelled, as David is worthy of a good 5 stars. He’s very level– headed, persistent, cool when it counts, and to the point. No drama, no hassles. He has a wonderful, no panic, attitude. I used to never speak to the ‘other side’ because they can be so demanding and pushy. I got none of that from David. He was always helpful, and without him, I’m not sure my clients would have gotten into the wonderful home that they did. The selling agent did his job, but David was the calming force. I would recommend him in a heartbeat!

David Kelly is a driven man, and consummate professional. He is very talented in what he does, which in my case was to find a wonderful home for me.
We found my home, but I could not afford the closing.
David went away and somehow convinced the other party (who were sitting on a very nice property) to reduce cost and come to the table.
I WOULD NOT HAVE THE HOME I DO TODAY HAD DAVID NOT DIRECTLY INTERVENED.
I cannot express my gratitude enough.
As an aside, during the whole house hunt thing my partner was afflicted with cancer.
David was kind to me far beyond any professional obligation.
I fully endorse David Kelly as a man of character and a professional of great skill.
He’s like the difference between a regular vacuum and a Dyson — you really have to see for yourself.
Save yourself hassles and get this guy.

David was super awesome in helping us find the perfect home to purchase. He always took the time to answer our questions and made sure we saw every property we were interested in. He also worked closely with our mortgage company helping us to close escrow in just 23 days. David arranged for all of our inspections and was able to get us quite a bit of cash back at closing too. We would definitely recommend him to anyone wanting to buy a home!
