Peter Wells was very helpful in selecting new Silhouette Blinds that matched some much older Silhouettes that didn’t yet need to be replaced. Peter was friendly and punctual and did a great job installing the new blinds. When I contacted him regarding a broken bracket on one of my older blinds (a blind his company did not install) he very kindly sent me a bag of new brackets and I easily fixed my broken blind. That is a much appreciated level of service! Thank you Peter!

disappointed once they have you sign contract they could care less for giving you excellent customer service even though you pay a pretty penny for the shutters. Installer was great but he nicked a part of the shutter and didnt’ say or repair anything. Contacted office and they couldn’t give me time that I could work with so they gave me three weeks later. I called sales rep and she couldn’t care about seeing if she could help. Won’t give good word to friends or family to purchase. Don’t BUY!!!
