The only Unilocal response is from a home appraiser so be very aware and informed with this guy Dan. My experience felt like a Bait and switch operation. I hired this guy to paint the exterior of the house and update the kitchen with flooring, paint and cabinets. Worst decision to hire this company. The company hired unlicensed laborers, plumbers and electricians to perform work on my home. I didn’t know this information until work they completed needed to be repaired for installation failure. Being that I was new with hiring contractors I was so naïve and should have been more inquisitive about the work they performed on my home. They installed an illegal sub panel for electrical work which shorted my AT&t home security system. By the end of the project I just wanted these jerks out of my home. They coerced me to sign a letter declared I like their work in order to secure the final clearance permits from the city. They cabinets were installed by some «subcontractor» who clearly was working on my home as a second job. He was also the «plumber» and «carpenter».They did not install complete flooring under my cabinets so I now have a permanent draft under my kitchen cabinets. The kitchen fixtures installed leaks and the water line they install for my frig has leaked and ruin my wall and floors. Worst company a rating of 1star was too generous.

I have been working with Dan for about twenty years as he was the key man in another construction company. I’m so glad to see him branch out on his own. His expertise and work ethic are exemplary. I am very impressed with his knowledge most recently as he took over a project where another contractor was relieve of duty and it was very evident that there were many sub standard issues that Dan was able to locate, and correct before the walls were closed.
Dan is someone you can count on to get the job done.
