Unbelievable. This firm can’t even find a former client (me) in their database.
It’s worth mentioning that I received an IRS audit regarding the year this firm completed my taxes. It turns out it was due to an error they made. I called Zachary myself and he essentially said (and I’m paraphrasing here) «fix it yourself». You can’t make this stuff up.
I’m leaving this as a two-​star review but frankly it should be one-​star.

I refer this firm to all my friends and family. After years searching for a reputable and knowledgeable tax and accounting firm, I have found it here. They do all the usual services you would expect and then some. After a recent medical diagnosis, Zach was willing to sit with me and go over my tax implications for ongoing health care costs that were out of pocket. He also explained how the FSA/​HSA would or would not benefit me and when a tax break comes into effect. They definitely go above and beyond and are trustworthy and thorough. Highly recommended.

I have used quite a few tax prep services over the past years, but this is by far the best. Zachary and his team are knowledgeable, frank and reliable. They saved me thousands last year. They are not the cheapest in town, but you will end up with more on tax savings and service. I would recommend them to anyone seeking high quality tax service for business and individual.

I have been using Zach Sahar at Capital Tax & Accounting for years. I began using Capital Tax & Accounting for myself personally, I was so impressed with the service I began to refer my clients to Zach and every one of them has been just as pleased. I have also worked with some of the other people at the firm and they have all been great. Zach really takes the time to explain why something is the way it is. The key to a great relationship with any professional is communication, whether it is an email or a phone call they are very timely when it comes to responding. Zach has always been able to accomidate my crazy schedule when it comes to personal meetings as well. I can’t say enough about Capital Tax & Accounting

Says you get free planning consultations during the year which go unanswered. Doesn’t respond to other questions or inquiries. Seems uninterested in handling individual tax returns, even though the fee is hefty. I’d rather be told my business was not his target market and given a referal than to be flat out blown off.
