Sparkling new Coach store… wonderful staff!
I have wanted a new wallet for awhile… at a reasonable price, and did not want to skimp on quality.
Several choices in all leather, I decided on a the Soft Wallet in embossed textured leather, very light weight, in black. Think Prada’s Saffiano leather.
Plenty of space for all of my goodies, I am sure we will have a long and happy life.

Hi,
I am sooo impressed with Lynn at your walnut creek store. She called me last week to let me know that my calendar insert is available and followed up with two calls trying to locate one. Lynn gave me such kind and efficient service as if I had spent a thousand dollars, not just eighteen. Customer service is the most important part of a business in my opinion these days and Lynn is the best. I used to be a flight attendant when I was younger and am really impressed with Lynn.
