LOVE Dr. Burr’s office. Everyone from the hygienists to the lovely receptionist and billing coordinator are fantastic. They know me and care about me. They work well at communicating appointments, fees, and insurance issues. They are hi-​tech with text appt reminders and digital xrays. They work with us on billing — trying hard to find insurance coverage and when that’s not available, working on a payment plan. My husband and I both see Dr. Burr’s office and have been bringing our now 6 year old since he was 3. Need to bring the 2.5 year old in next time!

I have been going to David Burr since I moved to the Bay area. I still go to him even though I no longer live in Walnut Creek. The staff is very kind and thoughtful. He is always upfront about costs.
They got my teeth back in order and I’m feeling good!
I recommend trying David Burr if you are looking for a new Dentist.
