Long over due review.
Visited this place last year to trade our Gold in for cash.
Choose this place since we saw all the good reviews and yes, Brendan was professional, straight forward and honest. The entire transaction was very comfortable and easy.
Definitely recommend to anyone looking to cash in their Gold. It was worth the drive.

Ok, honest? Beyond, honest. Went in with my estate stuff, and after all said and done walked away feeling it was worth my time. Went home. Then… the doorbell rings, it was the young person at store with an envelope, paperwork and the thumb print pad telling me they shorted me and he was delivering. I don’t know of ANY service that would do that!

If I had to pawn something or sell something I would come back here in a heartbeat. The guys are phenomenal and were very helpful both times I came in regarding some coins and jewelry I needed opinions on (getting appraisals and insuring vs. putting in a safe deposit box). Honest, integral and a sense of humor-​totally a place to bring your items to (or buy something from).

Didn’t have a pleasant experience — both guys were helping another customer and left me waiting longer than necessary for a quick appraisal.
They seemed to low ball the other customer and although I understand why they didn’t want to do business with me, the appraisal was ridiculously low. But this is America, you have choices and I would choose to take my business elsewhere in the future.
They are polite though.

I love these guys, They really got me out of a bind. They took my device and gave me a fair price. They held it for 6 months. And I got it the last day. They had my baby ready. They are an exceptional duo.
B&B are some of the best guys you could ever meet. They worked with me. And although I never called up until about a week before it was going to be gone forever they remembered me.
For some reason although I spent a short time with them. I found them quite amusing. I would not recommend any other place except this one. They are best. They care about their clientele you can tell by the time spend with them.

Went here to sell some gold my wife had. Both Brendan and Bob spent quite a while with us making us feel welcomed and valued. They inspected all five of our pieces and were very forthright and honest when it came to the value. They weighed everything right in front of us and told us every step of the way how they were calculating the value. They gave us a very fair price for what we had and they were very professional and transparent.
Extremely well done. Thank you both! Highly recommended (My reviews don’t come cheap).

I want to say thank yu for helping in my time of need you guys are totally great the customer services wa the best you guys sould teach customer services t large companies not like any other pawn shop in Oakland YOU ARE NOT AFRAID TO PULL YOUR BELONGINGS OUT TO GET INSIDE. I had some gold jewelry laying around that I had no use for so I decided to sell it. With all the «cash for gold» businesses that have sprouted up in the last couple of years I had no idea who I could trust… so naturally I came to Unilocal to do some research. These guys were the only ones with a 5 star rating in my immediate vicinity… no one else even came close.
My experience here was great… fast, friendly, professional, and most definitely fair. Don’t bother going anywhere else.

I was getting very tired and concerned about the downward momentum the price of gold had been taking in recent weeks and was looking for a reputable dealer in the East Bay that I could sell some Krugerrands to in exchange for a favorable rate and an honest experience. I found both at Bullion One… it was a very friendly low key experience… I received a very fair price… paperwork was minimal and best of all I walked out with real greenbacks!
All the personnel were friendly and helpful… I would not hesitate to join fellow reviewers with the highest praise for this company and would return to do business without hesitation in the future

I have bought some investment silver here. The store is well run and secure. The owners are always informative and honest about the best investments for the market. This is the only shop I wholeheartedly trust and recommend!

This place was great. Best price on gold by far. I shopped around at 4 other place and the other places didn’t come close to their price. They also bought my sterling silver flatware.

I have been there about 4 times. While they could not buy my watches, they spent a lot of time looking at these and telling me where I might take them. I felt they were very friendly and knowledgable, it also feels very safe inside and in the neighborhood.
I have sold a lot of gold jewelry too them. I again found them very personable and had a great experience. You can get paid in cash or with a check.
Here is the kicker, I had one gold necklace that I took to the guy at the mall who promised his price would be highest. He offered $ 400 and Bullion One gave me $ 490 just about an hour later (a difference of more than 25%). I also checked on the price per gram that my jeweler was offering. It was about 30% less than what Bullion One gave me the same day.
Don’t spend your time shopping around for the best price. These guys have it! It is surprising how much money some light gold jewelry will bring. I highly recommend Bullion One.

I started my silver and gold collecting with these guys two years ago. They had just opened and I really didn’t know where to start. I work close by and decided to stop in one day. They were approachable and professional and a quick friendship developed. I have purchased several times over the last two years and wouldn’t think of going anywhere else. I’ve been to other pawn or «gold» shops in the area and can’t help but feel like I’ve picked up lice or the shingles after I left those types of establishments. If you are a professional collector then these are the guys you want to work with. Plus, I’ve had friends tell me that they sold stuff to Bullion One and that they offered more than the other shops that operate more like a «check into cash» store preying on the poor and needy.

Have been to this establishment several times recently, Each time I have been helped by the professional and curteous staff. All prices are based off of the spot for the day and this buisness doesn’t charge a whole lot over spot, which makes it a great place to pikcup precious metals if your looking to invest.
