Mr. Wight no longer runs A Wright — which is disappointing because he was excellent. However, this number rings over to the new company and they sent someone else out who showed up on time, and did a good job fixing our leak. They even honored the $ 180 service coupon for $ 90. Thus, my $ 189 service call, actually only ended up costing me $ 99. My one little nitpick is that the replaced faucet handle is a good match in color, but not an exact match. I don’t know if the exact match is even available, so I’m still a fan.
