The owner, Jim is an extremely nice older gentleman who has been in the business for years so he knows his stuff. I found him online and then looked at the BBB site and realized he has been around for a long time with no complaints. Must be safe. I then realized this was the same man who had appraised some stuff for a couple of people I know. His business is out of his home in a nice neighborhood but very professional and the atmosphere was very comfortable. I received a fair price for the coins that I had and will use him again if the opportunity arises.
