We couldn’t be more impressed with Zack. He did an awesome job on our master bedroom. He made sure the proper paint was used that everything turned out flawless. He even patched a hole in the wall (a huge one) that our contractors failed to do correctly. We got a quote from him when he was here doing our gutters. Which was a competitive price and done quickly. He is friendly, honest, reasonable and our dog likes him too. Cant wait to have him back for our future projects. Thanks Zack! We love what you did!

I fell while painting on a ladder inside my house (slick hardwood floors), so went on Unilocal to find someone to finish the job. Should have done that in the first place! Many painters never returned my calls, and even a few painters said they were just too busy. Zack got back to me quickly, and came to the house for an estimate the next day.
I took a chance on him since there were only 3 Unilocal reviews for him, but boy did that pay off! I started off by having him caulk & paint my living room, but after seeing what a great job he did at a much more reasonable price than the other estimates, I also had him paint my family room, master bedroom, and 2 bathrooms. I also had him power wash my decks, replace a ceiling light, and remove and cap another light. He even did a few extra things around the house at no charge that I normally do myself, but couldn’t with my injury.
Zack is solid in every way. He arrives when he says he will arrive. That already puts him way ahead of most contractors. He explains what he will do at the beginning of the day, and then checks in with me every couple hours or even more frequently when he has a question or wants me to check on his work. He’s very personable and polite — he even asked if it was ok if he played music. I’ve hired a lot of contractors, and have never had any of them ask permission to play music. They just do it.
He was very conscientious about my hardwood floors, and always did a thorough clean-​up after his jobs.
I will be hiring him in a couple months to wash all my windows and repair some screens. I hesitate in posting such a great review for him, because I don’t want everyone else to start hiring Zack away from me, but it’s the right thing to do for a great guy and a great worker!

I used Zack last year to clean the gutters in my house and am writing this review now as I looked him up again to do that and maybe some handyman and painting work too. They did a great job, professional, showed up on time, reasonable price. Easy to recommend.
