I walked into the store without any real knowledge of exercise equipment, since I’ve always been a free-weight guy. Patrick spent a ton of time walking me through various pieces of equipment and was very knowledgable. After it was all said and done I walked out a proud owner of a row machine! The delivery and set up was legit and I’m really enjoying my new machine.

I would absolutely NOT recommend this store to buy any treadmills or elypticals. This is the 360 store in Walnut Creek These guys DONOT stand behind their products and furthermore do not have any technical knowledge of the products they sell. They are only interested in selling the equipment without and ounce of concern about standing behind the product once it’s been sold. I bought $ 16,000 worth of equipment and discovered just how little consideration and care they have. The Life-fitness line of treadmills are NOGOOD!!! They have extremely sensitive electronics that blow out all the time. Prior to that I had a norditrack which lasted for twelve years and still didn’t break down. I just thought if change it and the life fitness treadmill broke down in four months??? After which this store had every excuse in the world not to support it and push me towards the manufacturer… Don’t make the same mistake I did. Buy a Landice, Norditrak or even a True… I also bought a cybex for $ 12,000 and they didn’t know anything about it. Plus they have me some photocopied manual they must have printed out in black and white from a website. No support No interest in customer service No after market support No Good!!!

We visited the store and they had a larger selection of the bigger items like the ellipticals, treadmills and other machines on display on the floor than your typical Big 5, Dick’s Sporting and Sport Authority. That was good. Patrick was helpful and friendly. I called back a few days later and spoke to Michelle instead. Patrick was out of the office for a few days. I couldn’t be more displeased with my conversation with Michelle. Their website stated that they would match any internet price. This is from their website, «Our Best Price Guarantee is simple — we will match or beat the lowest price on the internet». I had found a cheaper price online that had free shipping, no sales tax and offered a free mat for the elliptical(costs $ 1299) that I was interested in. I think they need to be clearer with what they are willing to match. In my mind, I look at the total price factoring in shipping, tax, installation fees, etc. I expressed to her that I would rather give them my business and asked what she would be willing to do. I told her that I understood that they can’t do anything about the sales tax, but could they do anything creative like perhaps match the other online retailer’s installation price of $ 150? I wasn’t even asking her to pay the sales tax. She would not budge at all and proceeded to justify that the $ 199 installation price is the best in town, blah, blah, blah, because they will come back within a year if anything breaks down. Mind you, the manufacturer’s warranty is good for a year too and the manufacturer will send a contractor. I doubt the manufacturer will send a bad contractor as it would be a bad reflection on them. So, I don’t see what the big advantage is. I would have purchased from them if they were willing to meet me somewhere; I wasn’t asking them to pay the sales tax or even give me a free mat. Instead, her inflexibility totally turned me off. I didn’t feel they were hungry for my business. If they are inflexible and unaccommodating now, how will it be like later? She also bad-mouthed the online retailer’s free mat offer as being cheap from China when she really didn’t know the facts. I would suggest she look at the things she owns and uses before bad-mouthing«made in China». So, I’ve taken my business elsewhere and have found an even better deal than the online deal mentioned above. Suggestion to everyone — shop around, look at the entire price, buy elsewhere and don’t fall for the $ 199 spiel. I see another poster, Jo W., has posted something related to the $ 199 fee too.

So my trainer was bugging me to get a foam roller to use at home and she recommended 360 Fitness. Patrick was so helpful and informative I felt like I could teach a class on foam rollers by the time I left. They have more equipment packed in there than any store I have ever seen and great prices. I am going back to show my coworker the cool kettle bell sets they have.

The eliptical under warranty is making loud noise. I called in for a tech to come and inspect. The receptionist said I had to make a video to send to. them before they could send someone and that she had to get approval, blah blah. I have never heard such a thing. Follow up: I got a call from the store and managed to text the video. I finally got an appointment. Two technicians came and took some time to. adjust the machine. The noise went away. Although the process was a little painful, I am happy the machine does not clunk anymore.

I needed a concept 2 rower. Website says to email for the price, which I did. I told them I had this price from these other guys and if they could beat it and to let me know soon. They responded asking me where I lived, I told them, and then they said great call this store in Walnut Creek. I said, why can’t you just give me the quote I asked for in the beginning and I never got a response back. So call if you want a quote, website is wrong and they won’t give you an answer. I looked online and locally some more and went with Weightsandbars in San Jose, the OWNER responded right away, told me about the pricing questions I had– everything I needed to know was in that first response. AND, he had the best price that beat out online stores. So, my review is for the online inquiry. Which, when compared to another store that had great response and clarity, these guys didn’t do too well.

Hurt my knee and was told to start biking by my physical therapist. Thought I would just go down to the Dick’s or local sports Authority and pick one up in an afternoon. Wow was that not the case! All I found was a bunch of cheap gimmicky type stuff at all the big stores. So I decided to google an exercise bike specialty store and these guys popped up. Aidin was the guy who helped me and explained all the differences between the different bikes, he showed me many bikes, and let me try riding a few before we found the perfect one for me. We then looked up the best price online together and they were able to deliver it all built and ready for me to use the next day. I loved this place and will come back for any of my fitness needs!

I had no idea this store had so much great stuff! My husband and I are very active and love having a few things at home for quick workouts. Usually we go to sporting goods stores, but we just stumbled on 360 Fitness the other day and were so impressed with the wide range of fitness equipment. I had some questions about resistance bands to use in rehabbing my shoulder and the staff there knew so much about what would be the best band for me to use on my own at home. Also got a lot of info about ellipticals, seems like it would be a great place to help us get the right one.

A friend recommended that I go here to get a battle rope as a gift for my husband. There were a couple options and Patrick helped me sort out which was the best fit for us to use at home. I was really impressed with the service and was surprised to find such high quality fitness equipment in a local store; in the past the specialty items I have wanted were only available online. Couldn’t be happier with the rope and would recommend this to any friend as an alternative to a chain sporting goods store or shopping online, the service and the products are just better.

I called to ask about the price on kettlebells. Never received a call back. I emailed asking for the prices on their kettlebells and they said they don’t have it because they weren’t the sales department. Seriously?! In the other reviews where people bring this up, the guy responds by saying that«prices change over time.» But this isn’t a reason not to quote the price today!

I was very impressed with the equipment they had on the floor. I ended up buying a powertec power rack and accessories. This place is awesome. I needed a few medicine balls and resistance bands for my home workouts and not only did they have a wide selection but Patrick knew a ton about the different options and what would be best for me. A lot of fitness stuff they carry can only be found online and I love that I could touch it and try it out before i bought it. Way better than chain sporting goods stores!

I own a 24 hour Key access gym in Pleasant Hill. I was shopping around to re-stock all of my equipment at the end of 2014. I called 360 Fitness Superstore and spoke to a gentleman by the name of Patrick. Pat made it a point to schedule me in for an appointment so he can spend the quality time needed to go over all of my equipment needs and wants AKA my wishlist. Within 48 hours, Pat had gotten back to me with several options going forward and different quotes. After dialing in the order, I ended up getting WAYMORE than I ever expected. Pat also connected me with all of my resources to Lease the equipment at the best possible price. As I anxiously waited for the manufactures to produce the equipment, Pat stayed in close contact to keep me updated and he really pushed the manufactures to get us the equipment promptly. 360 set up all of my equipment in one day and put everything exactly where I wanted it. I didnt have to lift a finger! :-) 360 Has kept regular contact with me and has performed maintenance regularly to keep my equipment as good as new. I highly recommend 360 Fitness Superstore if you plan on establishing, re-building, or changing out any of your current equipment in your gym or your home! Today i came in to get some help on starting my gym in my garage. 4÷5÷15 Easter Sunday. Patrick and D. were both very helpful. Got my deadlift mats, my bumper plates, my trap bar, and curl bars and misc weights and i was ready to go. Patrick was very patient and knowledgeable and friendly. D was friendly and provided good and friendly customer service. Spend close to $ 700 and i went home and compare the prices and 360 Fitness def beats competitors prices, Amazon, Dicks, etc and i was very happy with the quality of the equipment. they even offer price match. If your looking around for best prices def check this place out. Customer service level was A+, Prices are fair and low which is good for someone that is trying to budget like me. I was helped from A thru Z and i feel comfortable to come back here again and buy more stuff to complete my gym garage project.

I ordered a Powertec Workbench Power Rack from 360 Fitness about a month ago. Michelle was the sales person and overall I had a good experience. I always prefer to shop at a local business rather than online if possible so I went to the store to look around. I had done some research prior to going to the store. I was skeptical because the Internet price was lower and offered free delivery on Amazon. Michelle was accommodating and matched the internet price as well as offering Free Delivery. They did not have the color I wanted in stock so they ordered the rack and we later scheduled a time for delivery. The rack was brand new and no parts were missing. The delivery man was on time and moved the heavy rack into the garage for me. This type of store has much higher quality equipment than your local Sports Authority or Big 5. I would say that they carry above average fitness equipment(Sports Authority is terrible), but if you’re an enthusiast looking for specialty items, you may be disappointed and online still may be the best place to look. They do however offer internet price matching so it could still be worthwhile to see what they have. I felt a little sales pressure, but I guess that’s to be expected. Overall, I would recommend this store for anyone looking for higher quality fitness equipment.

This place is awesome if you have a personal training or boot camp studio and Patrick is the man! Very knowledgeable on all the equipment and has excellent customer service. I was working on getting a loan to purchase a lot of equipment at once but instead i used their in house financing and got my stuff on the spot. They assure you that the price will be lower than anywhere else or they’ll beat it and it was because I did my research. I especially like how they make an effort to build a good relationship with the costumer so this is now my go to spot for my fitness equipment.

As a disclaimer, we have been very happy with our machine selected at 360 and after three years it has only recently needed servicing — which is not unexpected. I will add these people were helpful with selecting a machine and it was delivered just fine. My issue is more they sold us on the fact that they have great resources for labor should your machine need any help over the years. This is a total racket. The elliptical clearly states the error — but 360 says they need their own person to «diagnose the issue» — this is $ 199 and is an entirely different appointment than the actual labor performed(so you need two appointments). Now, should they just perform the labor according the error code and what you tell them to do, at $ 100/hr, they don’t warranty the work. I’m not sure I would pay anyone anything to then say, oh that work isn’t warrantied. Anyway, so don’t pay extra to go through them thinking you’re going to get access to a network of skilled professionals — because that will also just cost you extra.

This place is great, it has everything someone would need to build a home gym. I haven’t actually purchased anything here yet, however, I walked in and I was looking at their bumper plates, the guy behind the desk must have realized I did CrossFit because he said«we’ll match or beat any or Rogue’s prices»(Rogue is the leading CF equipment distributor). He was super friendly and answered any question I had. They had a lot in stock and were willing to special order anything for me, again stating they’d match any price I could find online. I like the fact I wouldn’t have to spend money on shipping. If you’re looking to build a home gym of any type, go check these guys out!

I bought a pair of Muscle up rings from 360 superstore last week. Excited, I went to my local Crossfit gym to try them out. I got to my second muscle up and the latch that tightens and loosens the straps snapped in half. I went in to return the rings on Tuesday. They would not except the rings because they weren’t in new condition. Obviously there not because your product is cheap. First they said the manager would call me back. 2 days later Alex called me back saying they couldn’t offer a return. Ok I understand your a business and that affects your bottom line. So I asked for a store credit. Alex«says sorry we can’t do that either» I’m appalled. You must take care of your customers. They are what drive your business. Hope the $ 65 dollars was worth all the business your going to lose from local Crossfit gyms and friends. Hope upper management comes across this feedback.
