3 to 6 Strokes

I came to Jerry as a total golf novice. I had some experience, as in I knew the objective was to swing a club at a ball towards a hole. That was the extent of my golf game. After 3 lessons with Jerry I now have the ability, knowledge and confidence to play 18 holes with my friends, coworkers, boss and clients. Jerry not only taught me the mechanics of golf, but also the psychology, the finesse and strategy to the game. What I learned in 3 lessons with Jerry completely exceeded my expectations and would have taken at least 10 lessons elsewhere. Not only is he a great instructor, but he is such a great person to be around. I thoroughly enjoyed my time with Jerry and can’t recommend him enough.

I cannot say enough good things about my golf lessons with Jerry. Golf aside, Jerry is simply a great guy with a good sense of humor and is enjoyable to be around. The actual lessons were amazing and surpassed my expectations. I could not believe how much straighter I was able to hit my shots after only a couple hours of working with Jerry. He kept the base of my swing the same and tweaked what seemed like small things but that made a huge difference in the results of my swings. Both days of lessons totaled about 9 hours as Jerry is very patient and extremely willing to go overtime with you. I found the on-​the-​course lesson extremely beneficial and I amazed myself with how well I was able to play on the course after only one day of working with Jerry. My golf game is unbelievably better and more consistent now and I cannot thank Jerry enough for it. Absolutely the most patient and experienced golf coach! Really really helpful, and fun! Jerry takes all the time you need, and will do as much as you need to make you a better golfer, not just the hour on one thing and come back again next week for more review — he’ll do anything and everything you need and really help. I saw real improvement and he made me feel like I actually could golf! :)

Jerry is a true Golf Magician. I also had to go to a company golf event and had only played mini golf before :) Jerry took me from the basics to playing on the golf course in one day. I wasn’t playing like a pro but I knew what to do at the event and had some decent shots.

A little bit about my background is that I stopped playing for 6 months and needed to get help getting my stroke back. I wasn’t looking to shave off my score 3 – 6 strokes, but instead needed actual refinement.
I recently took the first day of lessons with Jerry. He was able to analyze what was wrong with my stroke within 30 minutes and I felt myself improving greatly throughout the day. I don’t have a car and Jerry picked me up from the Bart and extended our lessons by at least 45−1hr longer than originally planned. I feel a lot more confident and will most likely go back for the second lesson. I would highly recommend attending lessons through Jerry.
