Favorite place to get sushi. I love the date nights with my boyfriend it is a great place to go. My boyfriend doesn’t like sushi and they have regular Chinese food that is perfect for him. If you have a group of people they have unlimited food menus that are $ 22 a person or if your on a date they have a regular menu as well. It is a great environment and clean. Would go back and recommend

Seriously, the worst Asian food of any kind I have ever eaten. We waited over 90 minutes for the food to be delivered, when it arrived it was ice cold. Not warm, ice cold! As if the service and temperature weren’t bad enough, the quality was disgusting. I’m not even sure if you could call what they gave us meat. When I called to complain, the only thing she said was, «oh, sorry» No offer of a credit. I will NEVER order from there again!

DON’T EVENTRYIT! I heard it was good from other«sushi people» and saw tons of reviews that it was great but in all honestly it was an unappetizing experience. I did all-you-can-eat in Jan. 2016: 1.) Sushi was discolored and I was honestly afraid of getting sick. Did not have any flavor and was of very very low quality compared to surrounding restaurants even in the Wallingford area. 2.) Unappetizing appetizers: edamame covered in mounds of salt. Pad thai tasted like chicken Alfredo. Miso soup tasted like water. Chicken fried rice was drowning in soy cause. 3.) Weird service. Food served in no order and we were constantly getting other peoples food or other people getting ours and actually passing our food back and forth with neighbors because the waitstaff wasn’t even trying to figure out who ordered what. 4.) Strange venue. Very small and neon-lit room that appeared dirty and did not allow for a comfortable dining experience. Overall, NOTWORTHTHE $ 21 all-you-can-eat for this grocery store(ORDARE I SAWWORSE?) quality sushi. Tons of options for cheap Chinese food style Asian fusion items but I’d rather spend more money for better quality sushi than have a probably frozen Chinese food egg-roll with my sushi.

Really great food. Decent delivery time hibachi rice incredible, sesame and general Tso’s so nicely cooked and seasoned only thing we didn’t like as much as usual were the hibachi noodles. Not that they were bad just thicker and different seasoning than we were used to but that’s okay. We will definitely order again thank you!!!

Tried Yummy on a whim, we didn’t even know this was there. All you can eat sushi was fresh and quick and the dinner my Dad ordered was also on the table right away. Friendly and nice folks and we will return!

Very disappointed. The sushi was decent but we threw most of the other food we ordered delivery away. It tasted as If a whole cup of salt had been added to each dish. And it didn’t seem all that fresh for ordering at 1145am…

I absolutely love this place. I’ve never eaten in the restaurant, but I’ve seen it from the outside and the ambience looks incredibly modern and positive. My husband and I regularly order delivery from here though, and it’s always great. I love that there is a restaurant in town that will delivery fresh sushi, but we regularly order some of the Chinese cuisine as well. I’ve yet to be disappointed by a dish. I haven’t had anything that absolutely wowed me, but everything I’ve had has been anywhere between average and great. We plan on checking out the actual restaurant soon. Their General Tso’s is one of my favorites that I’ve had. Their fortune cookies are also super fun neopolitan ones. Definitely give them a try!

Don’t listen to the reviews on here they are from people who don’t know Asian foods at all. Everything here tastes frozen then cooked to order not worth the price. I know quality Asian food from being Asian and have extensive background in cooking I would never recommend this place

This place is amazing as not only do they they have an extensive all you can eat buffet menu, but their delivery and take out orders are great too. They have sushi lunch specials, such as three types of rolls with miso soup and salad for under $ 10, which can’t be beat. They also deliver and from what I’ve seen in this area, very few places that serve sushi deliver. A++

Fantastic sushi, this restaurant is Little Asia. Chinese and Japanese all inter one roof. Delivery is fast and a friendly delivery man. This is the only place I got a crispy egg roll from, all others are greasy and soggy.

The sushi is excellent and the hospitality and service is amazing. Being a small family owned business it definitely exceeds your average small business sushi restaurant. The presentations of the food as well as the quality are one of the main reasons I keep going back. Also, they have the all you can’t eat sushi market cornered. For only 4 more dollars than average they over so much more. I hope this new business succeeds.

This is my go-to sushi place. Even though its usually dead inside(which is pretty nice), the staff is always friendly and always quick to get us our food. They have the all you can eat, although it is slightly more expensive then other all you can eat places at 24 $, it is well worth it and I keep going back. Definitely recommend!

My daughter and I were hungry so we found this restaurant. It’s little and no one was really in there but we tried it anyway and it was AMAZING! The appetizers were reasonably priced and delicious. So don’t be put off by its location, give it a try!

I’ve been here 3 times. The first two times they conveniently forgot to bring me out items I ordered. The third time was for my wife’s birthday. They never brought out any food for me despite reassuring me 4 times that my food was coming. I had to watch my wife eat by herself. I ended up getting into a heated argument with the owner who started demanding that I still pay! never again!

Yummy is very hit or miss, and slightly overpriced compared to the competition. But you can’t beat their variety of choices or their bento-box lunch specials. Their inconsistency is the only thing keeping me from giving them four stars, since I can order the same dish three different times and have it prepared three totally different ways(Mongolian Beef, try it yourself). Their sushi is mediocre — it tends to be too loosely wrapped and falls apart. But the flavor is good. I’ll keep Yummy as an option, but they are not Yummy enough to steal all my patronage.

I come to Yummy Asian fusion often and they never disappoint me. Mango chicken bento box was delicious. The waitress was a sweetheart. Always making sure we had everything we needed.

I had some mixed experiences here, but overall, I would say that this is a great place for sushi and that the $ 24 all-you-can-eat option gives you a lot of bang for your buck. My first visit to Yummy Asian Fusion was with my boyfriend on a Tuesday night before a movie. We were impressed with both the service and everything we ordered. The sushi was very fresh, and it was served in so many creative ways. We started with a sushi pizza, which was a circular fried wonton of sorts covered in raw fish, strands of imitation crab meat that resembled cheese, and swirls of avocado sauce. It was amazing. We also got a tuna martini, which was tuna sashimi and avocado mixed in sauce inside a martini glass. Then we ordered and ate all the sashimi and sushi rolls we wanted, and everything was really good — plus we made it to our movie on time. We liked this place so much that we brought a group of friends back on a Saturday night a few weeks later. The sushi was still very good, and we were able to try lots more kitchen items like general tso’s chicken, pad thai, and curry pancakes with a larger group. The service wasn’t as great this time, though. I think because of the lack of other customers(we were the only ones there the entire time), the staff was a little less attentive and purposely didn’t bring us some things we ordered. I don’t think my friends enjoyed it as much as my boyfriend and I did when it was just us, but we still had a good time and ate a lot. At $ 24, Yummy is a few bucks more than its other all-you-can-eat counterparts, but the sushi is quality, and the wider selection of both sushi and different kitchen items make it worth it. Dessert doesn’t automatically come with all-you-can-eat, but you can check into Facebook for vanilla ice cream, not any of the other flavors. The requirement to check in is a little annoying, but I understand that it’s a good business move. Yummy is located in a plaza slightly off the main strip, so I don’t think it can attract a lot of customers on its own without advertising and word of mouth.

I have been here at least a dozen times in the past 2 months, so it is high time i put up a review. For an all you can eat sushi place it is definitely above average bordering on really good. the all you can eat menu has quite a large selection of sushi, sashimi, and rolls as well as some good cooked food options. the menu proper has and even bigger selection of food and rolls that are real good but if I am here I am definitely going to get the use the all you can eat option. however if there was not that option I would still come here for the sushi the quality is above average, bordering on great for Lil old Wallingford! there is better in the state but if I do not want to drive a half hour for dinner this is where I will go for my sushi fix from now on. And I should also mention the chef and the waitstaff are impeccably polite kind and courteous, I honestly could not say enough kind things about the service.

I went here for the first time and made a reservation for 6 not knowing how busy they’d be. When I walked in, there weren’t many people there but they had our table set up and the waitress was very friendly. I was skeptical about the all you can eat but it was sooo worth it! I ate everything and it was all amazing! The fish was so fresh and the presentation was awesome. I highly recommend the Sexy Susan roll, delicious!

Excellent sushi. My favorite, the salmon sushi was soooooo fresh. Literally the best I have ever had in the area, even better than my favorite Sushi Palace in Hamden. They have all you can eat sushi for $ 24 per person, and there are even some inventive dishes like«sushi pizza» and«salmon martini». The sushi pizza was definitely an adventure! Presentation is also very important here, and the plates came out very nicely decorated. This place is brand new, and the sushi chef previously worked in a restaurant in Manhattan. He is a great sushi chef, with fun and creative ideas. He makes it a point to order the freshest fish available, and you can really tell. EXCELLENT!
