I can’t say enough good things about Foucault’s. We recently moved to town and were remodeling our kitchen. We wanted to do business locally and a neighbor recommended Foucault’s. They provided exceptional customer service, before, during and after the sale. And you don’t have to go to one of the big box stores to get the best price. Foucault’s was actually cheaper than Home Depot and they service everything they sell! Good luck even finding the guy that sold you an appliance at Home Depot if you have a problem.

Best place to shop for appliances and furniture! The staff are friendly and the son’s owner — Charlie is the guy to see! He’s got an eye for detail, attention and he’s really patient. For example, I purchased a dryer that was going to be a possible problem to install as the vent didn’t line up with the vent at the back of the dryer. Charlie not only came out to my house for the initial measurements, but he was also on the delivery truck, then when it was time to install the dryer, he came in with his toolbox and went to work to make sure that the dryer would fit to the vent. Really nice and professional guy. No pushy sales people here at all! Their prices are very competitive. They not only sell you the products but they also service them — it’s not like they sub-contract it out to someone else as is the practice with the big box stores. Will always come back here no matter what. Remember folks, always wise to shop local. The high level of service you get here, you’re not going to get at any of the big box stores! Trust me!

Foucaults has been around for years and is a great, locally owned, furniture and appliance store. I’ve been purchasing from them for over 20 years; my first washer/dryer, my dining room set, several upholstered chairs, a couple of dishwashers… I’ve never had anything but success. Most recently I purchased a new front-loading washer and dryer from them(to replace the ones they sold me 22 years ago!). I shopped around, did my homework, and found that even with all the big box stores and discount appliance centers, I got the best price from Foulcaults. I also dealt directly with Peter Foulcault, the owner, not a sales clerk. I went in on a Wednesday, went back and ordered them on Friday, and they were delivered today, Tuesday. Delivery was scheduled between 12 and 3; they arrived at 1pm. Installation went smoothly; they even vacuumed and mopped the floor under the old appliances. Delivery and removal of the old washer and dryer were included in the price of the new appliances. Foulcaults also does their own repairs; if I have any problems, one of their repairmen will come out; it isn’t farmed out to whoever will do it the cheapest. I like that I can call Peter directly if I have any problems and that the business is family-run. Foulcaults is also great for what I would call«traditional furniture». If you’re looking for good, comfortable, traditional-styling, they have a great selection. They stand behind what they sell and carry the major brands of appliances. I was impressed that they DON’T stock LG or Samsung washers/dryers which are highly rated but impossible to get parts for. They will order them if you ask, but they won’t commit to repairing them and they don’t have them on the sales floor. To me, that speaks of integrity. Now, to figure out how to justify buying that gorgeous sectional I saw while I was there…
