Had a great experience here. I went through drive-​thru. The staff was great. They helped when I order, making sure I was paying the right price. The order was done right and it tasted so good.

Wrong Orders. Wrong Orders. and More Wrong Orders… What I hate most about this place is their teenage employees who call me «BRO» or «DUDE»… This is the worst TACO BELL EVER…

My order is wrong almost every time I go here! I should have known better but decided to give it another shot. Ordered a Mexican pizza minus the beef, they asked me if I would like to substitute for extra beans, I said sure! I should have checked my order, got home and it had extra beef, no beans, so into the trash it went!

I think the management or owner (s) need to get their shit together and start training the workers more efficiently. Just go to Wixom if you’re really craving Taco Bell. This location just can’t ever seem to make a change or positive step forward. I’ve had workers be rude to me several times and can’t even count how many times my order has been wrong or that it looks like the food was just tossed together without a single F given. There are those rare times they get it right and since I sure do love Taco Bell I keep giving this location chances every once in a while. But for now I just drive the extra 5 to Wixom.

Don’t go here they ALWAYS screw up your whole order!!! The guy at the cash register is so slow at taking orders and makes you repeat your order about 6 times and still dosen’t get it right

If you like being served by rude and dirty Ex-con’s and receiving gross food, then this is the taco bell for you.
The food is always cold and nasty, they never ever ever ever get my order correct, I am forced to occasionally visit this taco bell because it is the only one within decent driving distance from my house, but this last visit made me never want to go back. Like the rest of the reviews here say, STAY AWAY!

This is the worst Taco Hell ever! The wait is ridicules and the food is nasty cold and soggy. Can someone please tell me if there is a Taco Smell left on the planet that can assemble a GD taco?

This Taco Bell is so slow you are better off sitting down at an actual restaurant, I guarantee you get your food faster. I’ve sat in line for over twenty minutes more times than I would like to admit (after ordering). Half the cars in line give up and leave before they even reach the speaker to order. I suspect that this Taco Bell is severely understaffed and/​or untrained as it doesn’t take 20 minutes to put together a few tacos. God forbid they screw up your order as it would cost more money in gas to sit through that line twice than the food is worth.
STAY AWAY

Taco Bell to me has been on a quality down turn just like all fast food places lately. But that said, I still crave an occasional 7 layer burrito. Good food when I get the craving but not one of my normal places.

This has to be the worst Taco Bell in the entire chain. We got in line for the drive– thru at 6:35 and it took 25 minutes to get to the place order. After ordering, it took 15 minutes to get the food. That is 40 minutes sitting in the car waiting for some tacos. I have also had many other bad experiences at this location. I always have to wait significantly longer at this Taco Bell to get my food and the employees are not friendly. If only another Taco Bell would open up around here!

As I sometimes still am a cheap bastard and only have $ 10 to feed 3 adults at 10pm there are very few options. Thankfully Taco Hell, er I mean Taco Bell is still open.
I boycotted Taco Smell, er I mean Taco Bell for a while during the «Seasoned Beef Mixture» ordeal.
But now Taco Shell, er Taco Bell advertises on their Drive Thru window — REAL Beef, 88% BEEF with 12% Seasoned Mix. Its funny as heck. Hey when business goes south its good idea to take the negative press and go with it.
Ok sorry about getting off tangent. Any who Taco Dell, er Taco Bell has a few items I always seem to get whenever I forget how sick I got the last time I attempted to eat there… for me its the Chalupa’s and Double Decker Tacos.
There is nothing original at Taco Shnell, er Taco Bell. Its all pretty much nasty. But its edible nasty and if you are lucky they toss in enough Fire Sauce that it hides the taste.
$ 10 for 3 Adults at 10pm in Walled Lake… well Taco Grell here we come. 4 nacho cheese chalupas, a double decker taco, a soft taco, and a chicken burrito. It was over $ 10 but at least we all get our taste and our bellies are full for a bit and hopefully no one gets sick. (fingers crossed)
the worst part of this location is its on East Maple Rd. Anyone who travels it regularly understands the feeling.

Worst Taco Bell EVER! I have been a TB fan for years. I enjoy the food most of the time. I have never consistently received such poor service from a restaurant in my life. Cold food, improperly made food, excessive waits for said food all par for the course. My wife managed a TB in high school/​college and she laughs the entire time we are there about how wrong everything is. 10 Min + waits in the Drive thru are not only frequent they are standard.
Dear Taco Bell Walled Lake,
It isn’t me it’s you. I am leaving. If I want taco bell, even though you are a 2 minute drive away, I will not be going to you. Currently I am causally seeing the TB on Haggerty near the Best buy, and I had a brief encounter with the one in Wixom.
