Do not take your cat here. I asked for a groom and made an appointment for 9 AM. Two hours later I called to see what the status was. They said maybe he will be ready at 2 PM. Total joke. I’ve gotten my cat groomed many times and it has never taken over five hours. Clearly unorganized.

I love this dog salon! They are so good to my dog Benny and he adores them. The staff is very friendly. The owners are great! They really go out of their way for you and your pet. All the puppies there seem very happy!

My Mason has been going to Li’l Nell’s since he was four months old. He’s almost four now. We use the grooming services but mostly the daycare. My boy is so excited to go to Nellie’s. He loves all the staff and always comes home tired and happy. Nell and her staff are wonderful and so attentive. Any special attention your dog may need while in their care, they will take care of. Medication, excercise, rest in between play, a sparkly teeth brushing, they do it all. This is the only place I will take my sweet baby. (He’s the black lab atop the play structure in the pics).

My girls have been going here for years. They LOVE it! They play and socialize before and after their grooming. We just took in all three (Bichon, King Charles, and Shih Tzu) to get gussied up for Christmas and they look beautiful, as always. Great work Lil Nells. Thanks for taking such good care of my family members!

I’ve been taking my dog here for years, usually just to get his nails trimmed, and rarely the complete make over, however, today I used the self clean for the first time, SOO much easier than washing my 100+ pound dog at home! I would have liked to see some better smelling shampoo but the ease of washing him made up for that. Staff is pretty helpful and quite nice. $ 25.00 for the use of their bath, shampoo, all the water you need, blow dry, and a nail trim I feel is very reasonable, plus I always give a $ 2.00-$ 3.00 tip

Been here twice now… everybody is very nice and genuinely sweet with my Leo! I’ve had his nails trimmed and done the self serve bath… happy with both though next time I’m going to drop him off for a spa day! Lol! While he gets pretty I can run errands and they even keep him in the day care at no charge till I pick him up!
