I’ve been going here since they opened. Great all around. Full service dentistry. Friendly, skilled, and highly professional staff. Definitely recommend this office to anyone looking for dental services.

My previous dentist retired so I scheduled a new patient visit at Jacobson Dental. I was very impressed with with the entire experience and will be glad to continue going there. I first contacted the by email and they were very quick to respond and get my paperwork started. They paid attention to my requests and communicated with me in the way I prefer. My original appointment was a few months out since I requested a evening/​weekend which are popular. They put me on the wait list and got me in much sooner :) When I arrived for my appointment I was seen on time. The office is very clean and high tech. They have a video screen in the exam rooms and use it to show your xrays and pictures — they really help you feel involved in the care. The hygienist I saw was Jessica and she was the sweetest person and went above and beyond to give great service. Dr. Sabnis was also excellent and wrote out a treatment plan.

Let me start out by saying I hate going to the dentist more than anything. But Jacobsen made me so comfortable that I have no quarrels about going back (a big deal for me) for my next cleaning! I had Bessie (hygienist) and saw Dr. Jacobsen.
Bessie took the time to show me what she was doing with a mirror and give me some tips for flossing around my permanent retainer. She also quickly recognized how big of a baby I am and was happy to take whatever steps I needed to relax and numb me.
And the staff at the front of the office was VERY friendly and helpful to me. I had a recent surgery and wasn’t sure if I needed an antibiotic and I also couldn’t find my insurance card. The front desk called my surgeon to confirm my need for an antibiotic and they called my insurance company to hunt down my information when I couldn’t find it! And the best part? They were happy and pleasant the whole time! Will be back without a doubt.

My dentist of nearly 20 years, Doctor Timothy Kilgrove was a member of Jacobson Dental Group for a couple of years.
I had no issues with either the group, or the fine dental care I received from Dr. Tim. The facility is pretty typical of dental offices from the 80s and 90s — clean, nice surfaces, no windows, no televisions. But I’m going there for healthy teeth — so it does the job.
However, Dr. Tim recently parted ways with Jacobson — for what reasons I do not know, nor do I wish to know — but the people at Jacobson Dental decided their need for patients is greater than my need to enjoy a seamless transition with my dentist from one location to the next.
I am not a pawn. I am not a piece of stock. I am a patient. I deserve to be treated with respect and I shouldn’t have to jump through hoops to have MY dental records forwarded to MY dentist. Dr. Kilgrove is the ONLY reason I was at your office. My records should have gone with him — not for his convenience, but mine.
Good luck with your practice, with patient relations like that, you’re going to need it.
