Went in on a busy Saturday and got helped pretty quickly. At first I was
nervous about the prices but I ask straight out and they said they’d match online prices and everything was was posted at list with a standard 35% discount. We selected a whole bathroom set and checked pricing on Amazon before ordering– not only was most of the prices spot on the one that wasn’t they kept their word and matched it straight away. Good service good quality good prices.

Would not recommend these people for anything. They make you feel like an idiot for asking a question and look at you from head to toe to see if you look like a person they can offer their $ 600 faucets to.
Trust me. its better to go somewhere else.

Advance Plumbing is great! Recently I have only gone there for plumbing replacement parts but they are very efficient with their service department. It has been awhile but I have gone there when redoing a bathroom and I would say that is the place to go when looking for remodeling ideas! All of their help staff are very knowledgeable and helpful.

I stopped in to Advance Plumbing to order new bathroom fixtures for my master bathroom. The sales staff was more than helpful to guide me in right direction for my bathroom. They showed me many brands and styles that would fit my taste and buget. I was completey satisfied with the whole process and would recommend to my friends.

Update on my plumbing purchase. … I was called re my purchase. It has arrived. You can pick it up. Drove there. Wrong unit. They will re-order and call me when it comes in… likely a week. Good news: it will be mine FREE. So, net, when the correct item arrives it will be free.

I went here to pick out fixtures and tubs and I will NEVER return. It was hard to get ANY help at all. On the 3 occasions I attempted to get help, three different woman were not nice or helpful at ALL. I agree with the other Unilocaler and think anybody who actually does decide to shop here, should wear their Sunday best. Also, I found all of the stuff I found here online WAY WAY Cheaper!!! I was given the plumber discounts price which was still WAY cheaper online. Stay away from this place and the RUDE ladies who work here. Worst shopping experience of my building project award goes to this place.

We are remodeling our bathrooms and my contractor recommend this place. Everything in there are expensive and make sure you dress up nice when you go in. Why? Because if you wear your usual sweat pants and hoodie, they will not really service you! Because you look like you cannot afford to buy their products! I know I look like a teenager but I am not. Can’t help, it’s my gene. But regardless, business should not judge people based on their appearance! Oh make sure you use your contractor’s discount (30%). And good luck finding a friendly sales person. If you do, instead of wondering around and dunno what you are doing, ask him/her to guide you to the right area based on your budget.

I own a kitchen and bath remodeling company. We do about $ 1 million per year in remodeling. We have continued to be disappointed with the products at Advanced. In many cases they re-package products and try to re-sell them with parts missing and in poor condition. Other items, such as valves, can be defective and start leaking long after you’ve installed them. We finally have stopped using them but after much frustration.

I really love this place. I bought all of sinks and toilets in the past from here. My saleswoman was very nice but when I wanted to return something the bald headed man was being a real prick about the restock fee. AVOID THE BALD DICK HEAD!

If you are in the market for High End Plumbing fixutres this is the only place to go. I have recently remodeled my new house including putting a new kitchen and bath in. I had a pleausre of working with Ada and Darlene at Advance Plumbing.
The staff is very kwoledgable and has great suggestions on quality, function and price as well. Everything was delivered on time and i couldn’t be happier with the products that i received.
They carry variety of brands from hight end all the way to your basic delta stuff. It can be overwhelming and confusing to go to a place like this. But trust me your experience will be great there. I highly reccomend it. I wish i had something else to remodel i would go back.
PS Make an appointment they are very very busy there.
