If I could give them zero stars, I would.
Four years ago, I had my wedding dress «cleaned and preserved» by A Plus Cleaners in Walla Walla, Washington.
I took my wedding dress out of preservation this week to loan to a friend and discovered that they STAPLED my lace dress to the cardboard frame.
Not only that, but they did not clean the dress, leaving a small spill on the front, which oxidized over the last four years and turned bright ORANGE. (I took it to a more reputable cleaner this week and, no, the stain could not be completely removed now.)
So, basically, I paid these guys $ 120 to STAPLE a DIRTY dress to a cardboard box.
