This place deserves no stars but Unilocal requires that a reviewer give at least on star. I stopped in here to get a bottle of wine after shopping at Stop and Shop next door.
The cashier was yapping away in Korean on the phone. No greeting at all. When I went to pay she still did not stop talking. Then I asked how much and she pointed to the cash register. Not a world to me and no pause at all in the conversation.
The place smells and is dirty. They also barely have any selection of wine. I guess they only stay in business because they are next to an old and outdated Stop & Shop. Never ever ever going back here even if no other liquor stores are open. This place and the people who work here are substandard. I deserve way better service than this establishment is capable of giving.
I could run a better operation without even knowing that much about the liquor business! What a great idea.

This place is the dirtiest of the dirty, dust everywhere and completely disorganized. I’m not sure why folks bother buying their booze here, other than it’s close to stop and shop. The one lady grimaces every time she has to put your bottle (s) in a bag. Do yourself a favor and head over to Maratene’s…great owner, great service, and a super clean shop! Never again!

Buy your stuff and get out, is the attitude of this Korean staffed alcohol shop. Many people enter here, and being of Waldwick, everyone is nice, except for these employees that act as if they were doing you a favor by verbally back slapping you.
No assistance in helping you find a selection of wine. Angry that you even ask how they are. I gave this place 3 chances, and each time met with the same level of service. Even the other patrons giving pleasantries are either ignored or grimaced upon.
No credit transactions unless you purchase over $ 20.
The shop is not well kept. There are dust on some of the front bottles. The shop is poorly lit, and floor is full of shoe dust.
Go elsewhere for your alcohol needs unless you missed your daily helping of abuse.
