Bounce Safari

Had my son’s 3^rd Birthday party yesterday. I had 13 ranging from ages 1 – 10 and all of the kids had an amazing time! My party started exactly on time and ended exactly on time.
The hosts were good. Very attentitive, patient and listened to all of my concerns and requests and they were great with the kids which is what matters the most.
I only wished the party could have been a bit longer. The kids would have liked to play a bit longer and I felt like the party room was a bit rushed.
Very affordable too!
Overall we had a lovely time.

I’ll begin by stating that I’ve never physically been to Bounce Safari, but after my experience, I don’t plan to go either.
We booked our son’s birthday party here and a month before the party he broke his foot. I contacted them within 12 hours of the accident and requested a cancellation with refund of the $ 100 reservation fee because of the circumstances. I spoke with the manager, Dawn, who said she would speak with the owner about the refund and get right back to me. She eventually did call me back, saying the owner would not approve a refund per their policies, however they would agree to refund it only IF they could re-​book the time slot we had. I found this ridiculous, considering they had no less than two other parties booked that day already and it wasn’t like we were CHOOSING to cancel.
That’s when I left my original review regarding their heartless treatment of families in such circumstances. That got the owner’s attention, and suddenly he called me himself. While he claimed he «didn’t know what was going on», he eventually agreed to refund the $ 100 fee but only if I removed the negative review. It took five days to receive the refund, but we did get it back. That being said, I removed the review on how they treated us, but I still think other people have the right to know what happened.
So, I can’t say anything negative about the facility or their ability to throw a good party, for all I know it’s a wonderful place to go, but based on my experience I know I won’t be planning a visit there with my family.
I prefer to patronize businesses that value their customers above the almighty dollar.

Just had my son’s 4^th birthday party there yesterday. Amazing experience and would highly recommend to everyone. Staff was great! They went out of their way from the time we arrived until we left to accommodate our every need. Super friendly and great with the kids!
