They’re a bunch of scam artists who will charge you for appointments that they never show up to, they’ll make false claims about how they can’t repair your appliances because they’re not installed properly when that isn’t the case, and they lie about their prices, jacking up rates after services have been rendered. Do not trust them.

Horrible service! Not at all recommended! Please avoid if possible.
First of all their appointment slot is for 3 – 4 hours. So if they schedule appointment you have to be at home for all that time.
For us they did not show up for 2 appointment. First time they called us at after appointment time and said that service person is sick. Second time no one show up at all. Finally we had to cancel the service totally.

Overpriced and unresponsive. Promised part for Viking convection oven in a day or two. Three days later they didn’t return phone calls so contacted competitors who did repair for less and within one day. All American then charged a «restocking fee» of 25%. (This is noted in the very fine print on the work order.)
