Starbucks

Unfortunately, I haven’t had a good experience at a Starbucks the past few times I’ve been there. There sloppy and don’t pay attention to what is on the cup and ordered. East coast Starbucks as a whole suck. This Starbucks happened to be the last straw for me. I ordered a s’mores frap, four shots of espresso over ice and a spinach feta wrap. They were out of the spinach feta wrap… no big deal happens a lot. I paid and waited on my drinks. They called my husbands name for the s’mores frap and asked if I was aware that they were out of s’mores. Hmm obviously not if I ordered it and that’s what I’m waiting on… They didn’t offer to give me my money back so I could get it at a different location but instead asked what my husband would like instead. Uh, nothing we came because he was craving EXACTLY that. So pretty frustrating that they did not let me know before I paid that they didn’t have what I wanted (as we would have gone to a different location) and then were not very accommodating. They made him something different anyway but like I said not what we came for OR what we paid for.

Big big big shoutout to the Waldorf Starbucks crew!!! Left my wallet there and they held it til I cud retrieve it. Everything was still intact including a significant amount of cash. It’s nice to know there are still people of integrity amongst us. And my drink was awesome!

I do not give 1 star reviews unless I feel strongly about it. The key parts to me are service and quality when it comes to restaurants or any chains. However my experience at this Starbucks in waldorf, md was bad.
It was around 6pm and came to this location during the week. It wasn’t crowded at all when I came in and I ordered 2 tall smores frappucino with non fat milk and no whipped cream. Holy moly I don’t even know what to say about service. 2 people that ordered after us got their drinks before we did! The first person behind me got an iced latte and they got 2 of them which I was more understanding about. Then a second group of people received their FRAPPUCINO and at this point I was enraged as I was trying to get my drink and out the door. How can you possibly forget my order when it was 2 tall frappucino?! The other persons order was a venti frappucino?!
We received our frappucinos and surprise surprise, he put whipped cream on it and I had specifically asked no whipped cream because I don’t do well with regular milk. I had to take off the cap and scrape it off my drink. So yup I left that Starbucks very disgruntled. Like you had ONE job barista… get the drinks in order and do it RIGHT. I’m probably won’t be coming back to this Starbucks again. Thumbs down in waldorf location for me.

Not my home Starbucks, but a beautiful place just the same. I got very pleasant service from the Baristas. They all looked like they lived their jobs and were happy to be there. That goes a long way in creating a good environment. Although it was far too cold, there was plenty of outdoor seating and cozy indoor spaces. This location seems like it gets a lot of traffic, as it was quite busy late in the afternoon. I would definitely visit this place again

(3.25) ~ pretty good, BUT our Flat Whites were not made correctly… absolutely no «micro-​foam». Tasted like steamed milk and no coffee… we’ve had Flat Whites at a number of other Starbucks and we know the difference between a latte, cappuccino, machiatto, etc… I think they need to be re-​trained on the ART of making a Flat White.

I luv over-​price #Starbucks… I think I’m paying for atmosphere and the gr8 drinks.
My Barista was super kewl & nice.
And I asked for lots and lots of whip cream on my tall and they put in a Vinti to accommodate my request. (If I’m wrong bout the sizes –I just woke up. lol)
I’m going to cook! On god I’m scared. But I had to stop by Starbucks b4 shopping for food & cooking my mom’s famous Sausage Stuffing!
So as I sit alone Unilocaling, my anxiety has calmed down and I’m enjoying my very good coffee b4 getting started.
I would totally recommend this Starbucks. It’s big and feels homey. It’s cold but I’m sure if I ask they could turn up the heat. It’s decent clean but I’m sure it is b/​c of the morning influx of customers. It is nice looking Starbucks but not as Hawt and swanky as the metro or bigger ones. But perfect for this area w/​gr8 music.
Oh the banana nut bread I ordered is to die for and now they warm your pastries or bread!
Well I’m off to enjoy my Day B4 Thxsgiving!

This Starbucks is decent. The baristas aways seem friendly and my drinks always come out correct and tasting delicious.
They are always pretty busy when I visit however. I don’t usually mind the wait, but I do wish this venue had a drive-​thru. I can get pretty lazy sometimes…(lazy=bad hair days) Lol.
Definitely a go-​to Starbucks.

Okay, didn’t tell me until after they made my Carmel Crunch Frappacino that they were out of carmel crunch. Overall it was good service.

Slow service. Friendly service, but it always takes forever to get a drink or sandwich, even when there isn’t a line. Don’t stop here if your in a rush.

Not sure what happened this weekend but it was an OBVIOUS crew swap… And the #customerservice seem to go with it. So the last crew was a bit on the playful side for some of us coffee drinkers but this crew messed up my order, had me waiting longer 4 the people behind me 4 my drink & didn’t double check to see if my «toasty & warm» spinach & feta breakfast wrap was actually warm & toasty… It was neither — it was rather FROZEN & by the SECOND try it was just cold & hot around the rim… Sadly it was the only vegetarian wrap left so i leave a hungry customer with only a refund to ease my hunger pains… I GUESS that’s the best @Starbucks can do #ByeFelicia

Starbucks is wonderful!!! You can easily get whatever you want and not for much o a cost. You can asked for whatever you want for them to put in your drink. Their bread choices are endless. My mom loves the scones. I eat pumpkin bread. The service is wonderful. Everyone’s smiling! I love Starbucks!

Some of the best espresso of all the Starbucks locations I have visited. Service is quick and very friendly — they even gave me my espresso for free when I went to buy a second. I’ll definitely be walking the extra length to get here in future.

I usually dont have subpar experience at otherStarbucks I go to but at this location, I was dusappointed. I ordered a grande caramel macchiato and feta spinach wrap. While waiting for my drink, I’m expecting for them to prepare my wrap as well. So I get my drink and waited a few minutes for my wrap but still nothing. So I finally say something and the person who took my order forgot. So had to wait some more to get my wrap. So I leave and as I eat my wrap, it was still cold!!! What a disappointment! They werent even that busy!

I agree with the other reviewers that this is a good location. I was a bit in two minds about posting another favorable review about this particular Starbucks because I figure if it keeps getting such good reviews then everybody will know about it and before long it’ll get crowded no matter when you go lol!
I think what I like best is that the coffee-​maker people behind the counter don’t give me a surprised, condescending look when I ask them for plain coffee. I happen to like plain coffee. I’m quite useless when it comes to all the mocha-​chino frappy-​wappy malarkey.
Give us a black coffee, love, it’ll do rightly.
Today was no exception — it hit the spot.
This location has a good wee buzz to it — I always see a good mix of people, younger and older, and those staring at their laptops. The people behind the counter are usually having a laugh and seem to enjoy themselves with customers, and altogether it gives the place a good vibe. It seems a good gathering place for locals — I’m hoping the Starbucks closer to me here off Indian Head Hwy is as enjoyable as this one, and am looking forward to comparing them soon enough.
As for this one here in Waldorf, it has ample seating space outside, and on a hot day or an evening time, it is a very relaxing place to make a pit-​stop and grab a cup.
There are also a lot of places within walking distance to get distracted with, given it is situated in an outdoor shopping strip. There is a separate Starbucks counter within the Safeway next door, but it is small, dark, and not at all the same as this stand-​alone proper Starbucks.
No complaints here; a clean location, polite and attentive staff, decent coffee. Hopefully it’ll continue to stay this way.

The new summer drinks are here and I was so excited. I crave their chocolate whip cream. I ordered the mocha crumble frap and it was blended perfectly. The staff was very courteous. The store was clean and neat. I felt very at home at this location. It’s also in a great location beside several restaurants so much fun to be had. I couldn’t have had asked for a better experience!

Always great service at this Starbucks in the burbs surrounded by a retail haven… from the staff at the counter to the baristas I’m greeted with a smile and a perfectly made drink… As expected during peak times such as Saturday mornings it can get a little crowded but I’d rather wait than go to a nearby Safeway Starbucks — cause it’s just not the same experience…

We’ve always had great service here. The staff is super friendly!

I went here and they made my drink fairly quick and accurate. this place is a great addition to the new stores here in waldorf

I like that my coffee is always made right here. The service is always friendly. Only downfall, is that on Saturdays it is crazy busy. And my drink ALWAYS gets delayed, or lost in the hustle. THAT I could do without. But I think it is like one of the ONLY Starbucks in the area, other than the one in the Target and Safeway which may be the main problem. But overall, I like coming here as long as I am in the mood to be patient in dealing with a lost of forgotten drink. Because you never know with the line, at this location.
