We currently have a Geo Thermal AC unit that was installed by Potter and has been serviced by Potter for over 12 years now. My husband and I have been pleased with their services until the past 2 years when our unit has failed to operate correctly 3 times in the middle of summer. The last time the cost was going to be close to $ 6000 to fix so we sought a second opinion and found out that the repair was due to the mistake of the Potter technician. When I pointed this out to Potter, they failed to acknowledge my complaint, have not contacted me and I feel this is bad customer service for a client who has been with them for so long. I wrote them a letter of complaint… didn’t ask for a hand out, and they still did not acknowledge. Shame on them. I will never recommend this company to anyone.
